We were delighted to be the first guests back at Blounts Court Farm as lockdown eased. We stayed for five nights and found Caroline and Colin very welcoming from the moment we arrived.
We stayed in the twin room with the beds zipped together and the bed was very comfortable with lovely crisp bedding. The room was immaculate and there was plenty of hanging space and room for all our things. There is water, tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom and fresh milk, which is a nice touch.
The breakfast choice was extensive and the quality of the ingredients first class. We enjoyed our breakfast chats with Caroline and she gave us lots of good tips for local dining.
We hope to stay again (unfortunately there is no room for our next visit to Potterne, in June when hopefully the weather will be better!) but we would definitely recommend Blounts Court Farm for the warm welcome, beautiful house and great facilities. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a lovely stay from booking to leaving was a pleasure. The B&B was set in a farm with chickens horses and ponies. The outside was beautiful with flowers and hanging baskets but it was inside that took my breath away. Pictures cannot show the beauty of the property. I’ll pop some pictures on but you need to see it to believe. We had the double room with a 4 poster bed. There was a huge wardrobe with shelving and a desk with tea and coffee kettle etc two chairs and side tables. The bathroom was a shower with fluffy towels. Breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room on a beautiful table and settings. You had numerous breakfast options from cereal and toast to full English made with the farms own eggs and locally sourced very tasty sausages and bacon. The farm is central for Stonehenge and Avbury. There are bus stops within walking distance taking you to various places. Highly recommended and will try to book again if we go that way again

We were fortunate enough to get all three beautiful rooms, all very well designed and quiet and just a lovely location, which gives it such great reviews - we were lucky enough to have lovely weather which was a real bonus in October! Twin/Double/Single so perfect. Breakfast was lovely too, very kind and helpful owners who made us feel at home and we had the pleasure of meeting the dog and it was so chilled. Can't recommend this beautiful bed and breakfast enough. Hope you enjoy as much as we did! Took all three recommended restaurants from Caroline and were not disappointed. The Barge Inn - The Raven a must, The local George and Dragon five minute walk also good.

My daughter and I stayed 4 nights in a twin room overlooking the garden. It is a lovely B&B in a picturesque location. The hosts Caroline and Colin are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are very clean and covid safe and the beds are extremely comfortable. Fresh milk and drinking water are provided in the room daily and there is a good choice of delicious cooked breakfast. We found two good places to eat at Seend Cleeve. The brewery inn which is very reasonably priced and the barge inn which is in a gorgeous location with tables right next to the canal. We were very lucky with the weather and saw the B&B and surrounding location at its best. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever down this way.

We stayed for one night at Blounts Court Farm and it was wonderful stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Caroline was very welcoming and gave us lots of tips of where to go for our weekend. The bed was very comfortable especially the pillows (want some for home like that) and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of different choices available. Definitely would recommend here for the immaculate facilities, beautiful surroundings and lovely service. Thank you for a lovely stay. The Bennett’s.

I travel a lot for work and this is by far the best B&B I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. I came to the area for 4 nights to house hunt - here is a list of pros:
> The location is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery and horses, yet you can easily access the main routes to the surrounding areas you may wish to visit with Stonehenge and Salisbury only a 30 min drive away. > The room was more than ample for my needs and I was even given soya milk everyday for my cuppas! The room was spotless clean and the bed very comfortable - so comfortable that I didn’t want to get out of it in the morning! > The breakfast is outstanding. They catered to my meat free needs and all their ingredient are locally and ethically sourced and of excellent quality; you must try the eggs laid by their own rescue chickens. > Caroline and Colin are such great hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel part of the family within minutes of arriving. I was especially touched when they bought me a birthday card as it was my birthday during my stay.
I’m moving to the area so might not need to stay again but I will highly recommend the B&B to friends and family who come to visit me and I might stay myself just so I can have the delicious breakfast again.

Stayed here during a visit to see Stonehenge. Rooms were clean and well stocked with a wide choice of hot drinks. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Really nice comfortable stay. The wifi was a little patchy in some of the rooms, but you are off the beaten track so this is to be expected.

Wonderful location and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host in Caroline. Accommodation and facilities excellent.. I stayed here whilst my family were glamping nearby (to give me a little night time space from 4 young grandchildren) and Caroline was very accommodating with my requirements, Although I chose to have breakfast on the Glamping site with my family, what I saw at Blounts served to others staying here looked fantastic! Highly recommended. Could not fault it.

Beautiful Blounts Court Farm is approached by a long, tree lined drive and sits in a bucolic setting surrounded by trees, fields of pretty ponies and the gorgeous Wiltshire countryside. There is even the sound of leather on willow with views towards the local cricket club. We absolutely loved our stay here. The former farm house is so full of character and oodles charm. Our room, in a modern extension, was very much in keeping with the character of the whole building, and was spotless and very comfy. Caroline was great fun, and so welcoming, that she absolutely made our visit. Her breakfasts, cooked on the aga, where delicious and top quality. She provides a wonderful choice on the menu - so I did my best to try as many as I could in the time we had there ! I can highly recommend “The Potterne Pancake” made with eggs from the rescued chickens, containing chopped fried bacon and onion served with warm maple syrup poured over. It was sublime ! Thank you so very much Caroline and Colin for such a lovely stay.
