What a wonderful B and B -in fact it's so much more than that. The owners are delightful and are very welcoming, even staying up till 11pm as we were delayed arriving on a Friday night. They are the right blend of being chatty but also interested in their guests. As for the accommodation itself, our room was HUGE, with...

We stayed five nights in the main house. Our very spacious bedroom could easily match any four star hotel in terms of comfort and amenities. Cooked breakfast was accompanied by huge range of cereals and preserves and fruit and served in the very spacious kitchen. Deborah and James were charming and relaxed hosts, which made our stay a very enjoyable...

We stayed in the Barn Room following a fishing trip. We were blessed with good weather and saw this interesting house, carefully designed so as to be environmentally friendly and set in the most attractive open farmland, in perfect conditions. Our room was large and comfortable. Our hostesss made us most welcome offering tea and cake on our arrival. We...

Stayed here with family last weekend whilst attending a christening. Deborah so accommodating from the outset as she gave us access to rooms at 2pm rather than usual 4pm so we could get ready. Beautiful house at end of mile long drive in rolling Wiltshire countryside. Bedrooms were amazing. Huge, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Array of teas and coffees...

We stayed in the lodge and had it all to ourselves. It is very well kitted out for those who want self catering. The breakfast choice was splendid and you could have everything from granola, blueberries to a full english. We had a great time talking to the hosts about farming and were even invited to go and see the...

Poulton Grange is genuinely a luxury B&B. Indeed, it would easily give a 5* hotel a run for its money although with a hotel you wouldn't get the wonderful personal and friendly service from Deborah. Nothing is too much trouble for Deborah and you're made to feel special and at home as soon as you arrive. The large secluded house...

Poulton Grange is just stunning. Approaching the house is like being in something out of a modern take on Jane Austin. The room was immaculate with even a complementary beer waiting for me. Everything and more than one could expect from a top class hotel. James and Deborah are warm and friendly and made me feel right at home. Except...

We have stayed several times (most recently in October 2014) and are always heart-broken when our stay ends. Not only are the accommodations superb, the setting idyllic, the food scrumptious, and the peacefulness divine; but Deborah, James and their daughters are a pure joy to be around. You cannot honestly characterize anyone who comes to Poulton Grange as "visitors" or...

Having had a long journey we were very pleased to come to the end of the drive and arrive at the tranquil Poulton Lodge. We have stayed in many self catering accommodation in Great Britain & Europe and we rated this as one of the best. Starting with the warm welcome from Deborah & James to the wealth of knowledge...

We've stayed with Deborah and James many times and have always had a wonderful time. Immaculate and luxury rooms with a first class breakfast, we felt like part of the family. Perfect area for walks and relaxing in Marlborough which is very close by. Can't wait to go back. Martin & June
