Travellers' Choice
Escape to the country at our Premier Inn Marlborough hotel. Thanks to its location in the North Wessex Downs Area of Natural Beauty, our hotel is perfect for nature-lovers looking for UK short breaks. Enjoy a relaxing walk around Savernake Forest - a historic area of woodland that's ideal for days out with the kids - before exploring some other attractions in Wiltshire, like the West Kennett Long Barrow. The Merchant's House museum is a must-see for history lovers, and afterwards, why not visit the local shops along the town's popular High Street? After a busy day out in Marlborough, you can look forward to a tasty meal back at our in-house Thyme restaurant.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I’ve stayed here a few times recently and cannot find fault. It really is one of the best Premier Inns around. Large free car park, the staff are all super friendly and efficient. Rooms are lovely, modern and clean and really quiet during the night. Food and drink is spot on at good prices. Only a 5 minute walk down the hill into town. A great spot and now a regular destination for me.

Hotel's Favourite
I arrived late evening and self checked in which was very straight forward, The room was very clean and had everything needed for a one night stopover en route. The hotel by the way is directly on the main route heading south out of Marlborough and is easily accessible from all directions. I had a great nights sleep on a comfortable bed with no external noise at all....I don't normally sleep great when away so it must've been very quiet !! Before checking out at 8am I popped down and had a continental breakfast in the restaurant which was more than adequate to set me up for the day All this for £50 incl breakfast...what is there not to like. Excellent value for money

I had the pleasure of meeting Jamie, Abi and Laura. I’ve stayed here for weeks working away for work and each one of them have made my stay an absolute dream. Each night I have been in the restaurant whether that’s having a meal or a drink, and each one of them have so different personalities and kept conversation flowing, and the ‘banter’ involved was phenomenal. Fantastic hotel, fantastic people. Would 100% recommend.

Large, clean and comfortable hotel. The room rates are amazing! Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Special mention to Cindy for getting me soft pillows and for being an attentive waitress in the restaurant. Food is delicious, so compliments to the kitchen team. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great stay at this competitively priced hotel. No complaints at all. We had a large family room which was really clean and spacious. We ate in the restaurant which was good value. Jamie provided excellent customer service. He made our 3 year old feel extra special. Would recommend!

Bethan made us feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were going to go into town for a meal but ended us staying at the hotel as all the staff were so friendly! The food was lovely and a great nights sleep! What more can you ask?

Best affordable hotel I have stayed in. Extremely helpful staff, comfy clean room. Breakfast excellent. Very convenient for our family living close by. One member of staff, Manager Bethany, went out of her way to help me.

Clean, comfortable, plenty of parking. Small room with unnecessary sloping ceiling (why build it that way?). Only one set of towels, though booked for two (got more at reception, no problem). Warned against trying to just turn up for dinner and told we'd have to book as "restaurant is so small" yet, each night, no more than about seven people eating (maybe they put everyone off with their warnings?). Walkable to town, but not super-close.

The staff were friendly, very helpful, clean rooms. Food good, temperature checked and no cross contamination when plating up. Nice atmosphere, price is reasonable and to top it off the best Premier Inn we've stopped at, and my hubby and I have been to a few.

This was not our first stay here, we visited to visit familly, always a good choice, but everything we stay we get disturb early but people above stomping, or children usuinf the bed as a trampoline! As this is a purpose built hotel, with concrete floors a Weare at a lose as why this happens, some consideration for your fellow guest when moving about would be appreciated, otherwise cleaned comfortable
