My partner and I stayed here for a quiet getaway night for his birthday. Upon arriving at the hotel, it is set back from the road up a long driveway so the noise from the road isn't an issue. The exterior of the hotel is very pretty with a lovely big fountain that you can drive around and plenty of...

My wife and I have just spent two nights here. The two most important things for me in a hotel for me are that you get a good night's sleep and that this is followed up with a good breakfast and we were not disappointed in either respect. Whilst aspects of our room (and the hotel in general) were a...

Don't go there! What a tired and old fashioned hotel. The poorest hotel I have ever stayed in! Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Celirape holding bathroom units together. Even the cleaners didn't spot 3 light bulbs not working in the already dark bathroom! Come on it's not rocket science! Staff are lovely but that is the the only positive! Save...

Was supposed you stay for three nights on business. Was greeted by a very friendly member of staff upon arrival (quite a steep set of steps to get up to reception from main car park, my mum couldn't have done it). Was given a normal room. In The morning I got up at 7am to find no hot water in...

We stayed for one night. Check in staff were lovely and efficient. Our room was large, clean and ready for our late evening check in. Parking is outside in front of the hotel, it's free. You have full use of the Health spa facilities although we didn't use them as we arrived too late in the evening. The Bad: At...

I went to the Mercure Kidderminster hotel for a coffee recently. The service was terrible I had to ask at reception if someone was serving in the bar. Even the coke was expensive at £2.80. The reception area and the lounge bar both looked very tired unwelcoming and in need of a total makeover/refurbishment and it also needs a lot...

Improvements are needed!! The breakfast was really nice and staff were always friendly. And helpful. Don't think id stop here again tho until its improved as...

Arrived for a work sleep over to find a large, warm and friendly hotel. The staff were great and made me feel like a valued customer. The room was large if a little dated in the decor - lots of browns and a bit of peeling paper along with dirty windows. I scoffed on the restaurant where the lamb was...

Dear BZC1 Thank you for taking the time to review us on Trip Advisor, following your recent stay. This hotel is impressive but was very uncomfortable because of the cold , it is a large hotel with very friendly staff but when you went to the large bar and dining rooms you had to keep your coat on no curtains on windows to block out cold such a shame heating was wasted , our room was cosy warm...
