This place deliver on great atmosphere, spacious rooms, fantastic food, pleasant surroundings and cozy bar. Not to forget friendly and service minded staff. The bar is set high but not too high. I've stayed here many times and they deliver every time and I will keep coming back.

We booked a table a week in advance and explained that our guest was celebrating her eightieth birthday so that this lunch was a special occasion. The booking was for1:15 for 1:45 pm. We arrived promptly at 1:15 full of anticipation and hungry. We were shown to a table in the beautiful gardens and told that a colleague would provide a...

Really lovely location, good standard all round. Stayed in a GF room in the newish part of the hotel. Enormous room and large bathroom, all finished to a very high standard. Afternoon tea taken in the library, and meal in the restaurant was delightful.

This is a beautiful hotel, from the ambience to the way in which the staff behaved. They were all very well trained and were extremely customer focussed. The food was very good and there was quite a selection of delicacies which were, definitely for the more sophisticated pallet. That said there was enough of a choice to even suit the...

Booked to stay here for two nights as part of a Travelzoo deal, the room was very well appointed (if a little warm on the second night) with a good selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks and a fridge to store them in. Not that you needed snacks with the wonderful food served in the restaurant, we had originally...

A special occasion spoilt by being rushed through the meal.We asked to have a break between our first course and the main......it was then served in 3 mins.We could not eat our main and left within 40 mins of arriving.Ordered champagne and did not have enough time to finish our drink. Apologies given but it ruined our day. Have spent...

We booked this 'deal' via secret escapes for a one night stop but would have been happy to stay longer. It is set well back off the main Kidderminster-Bromsgrove road, a recently restored/remodelled set of buildings in a Manoir style set in 70 acres of idyllic countryside with lake, dovecote and plenty of grazing sheep during our stay in April....

I met with two customers here for a business lunch. The service was excellent, as was the food. This is a top class hotel in a lovely location, set well back from any main road. We all only had two courses which was plenty for lunchtime, especially as you get some 'freebies' compliments of the chef. My soup and plaice...

We stayed on the night on 21/4/17 in room 6, which is described as a superior room. The large bedroom room was tastefully decorated with a well equipped bathroom. Absolutely no complaints in this respect. However we noticed when we intially entered the room that it was rather hot but thought that if we opened the bedroom windows it would...

Just returned from an overnight stay. Hotel, grounds and rooms lovely. Today's breakfast was first class. All staff professional and unobtrusive. Regrettably there is a big problem with the heating in the rooms, all were like saunas, particularly the ones above the kitchen. Spoke to staff regarding this, but no reaction. Last nights dinner was very professional and loved by...
