Tankersley Manor is a fantastic four star hotel near Sheffield. Just off J36 of the M1, the hotel is close to the bustling city centre but also on the doorstep to some of the country's most picturesque scenery.The hotel is built round a former 17th century residence with many of the original features being retained including exposed wooden beams and Yorkshire stone windowsills. Pretty standard Business commercial hotel. Standard room and bathroom warm and clean. Nothing Luxy but value for Money is good. Decent bar with a massive choice of Gin ! Typical pub food which is OK. Food pricey against quality. Would happily stay again for the business

Superb Hotel and restaurant. I frequently stop here whilst charging the Tesla and get 10% off food and drink. You can sit and have a coffee buy the fireplace in the bar, the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Sorry it’s taken me so long to answer, no there isn’t a hair salon on site however there are loads in Hoyland common a fantastic hairdressers is stages which is above grays travel. Have a lovely time

Is there a bus stop in walking distance to get to Bramall Lane please?
There are bus stops on both sides of the A61 within walking distance of the hotel but don't know if you can get to Bramall Lane from them

Is there disabled access to the pool and spa facilities
Definitely not, the sauna, steam rooms are tiny and have a small tight entrance area which has a shower and is wet... the hot tub is elevated so has Steps up to it and then steps down into it xxx sorry not great news xxx
