Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really luvly service from the lady who checked me in whos name was Darcie. She was friendly and helped me out with my wifi troubles and also had trouble with my heater which she promptly sorted to. She was very busy on this night but did it with ease and did not luk one bit flustered! My bed was so comfy o slept like a baby

Stayed here on a visit to Family 10 miles away and checked in hassle free earlier than the stated time. Staff were friendly and obliging. Perfect location for onward travel. Only one minus, we were on the ground floor and occupants of the room above were very heavy footed so could hear them moving around which broke our sleep. It didn't last long and wouldn't prevent me from staying again. Overall very pleased.

I recently stayed at this premier inn with my husband and I have got to comment on the absolute down right phenomenal service from the team here. Although I’m not surprised in the slightest after meeting their “leader”, the manager, Miss Darcie. What an absolute breath of fresh air she is. Polite, very professional, and not to mention impeccably dressed all weekend, but I genuinely believe she would give you the world if she could. A kind and caring individual who helped us with so much and seemed to have all the time in the world for us despite her busy schedule. Her team are a credit to her but a reflection of fantastic leadership skills at such a young age. Premier inn you must recognise this young lady.!!

Travelling on my own it was great to have the independence of coming and going as I needed along with the treat of having breakfast made for me. The room was clean and had everything I needed and the bed gave me a good night sleep which I needed after a 51/2 hours of driving. The room was tucked away off the main corridor which as a lone female was much appreciated. I would return again if I was in the area.

I have stayed in this hotel now for nearly 3 months.. Monday through to Friday. I cannot Fault any of the service that they have provided to me. Each time I arrive I am treated as a valued customer, the reception staff can not do enough for me, extremely welcoming which is always lovely after the long drive here and being so far from home. I do prefer a room on the ground floor and they have each time managed to accommodate this request. Bedrooms are always immaculate and very clean. The bedding and towels which are provided are freshly laundered and spotless. When I have had a problem the staff have been quick to rectify and done without fuss. Each day I pass two other Premier Inns but I would much rather stay here, 10/10 in my opinion. Always good to have a smiling face each morning and evening and genuinely interest in how my day has been!… keep up the good work… and thank you for making my stay away from that little bit brighter

I stayed at this premier inn when attending a football match not so long back and ive got to say the level of service is impeccable. From start to finish the hotel was clean, well presented, and staff were fantastic. The manager Darcie clearly knows her stuff! Plenty of tea and coffee available in rooms and a great location central to the M1!
