My wife and I have dined many times throughout 2016 and again since February 2017 at THE WATERSIDE INN never to be dis-appointed on any visit. From the moment you arrive by car and greeted by Olivier Creze you are made to feel special before being ushered into the Vestibule to be formally greeted and looked after by "The Team"...

Came with my wife yesterday and we had another great lunch. Diego is as charming as ever. We had the quenelle de brochet follow by the sole in puff pastry I can't even describe how tasty it was. You have to try the cheese trolley it is an experience on his own. The attention to details is what really impress...

Recently stayed here to celebrate two special birthdays! This was a gift from our son and we weren't disappointed. First class service from the moment we arrived. Our room was one of the two executive suites with terrace overlooking the river Thames. A very comfortable room. In the evening we dined in the restaurant and had Le Menu Exceptionnel. Each...

Have always wanted to visit The Waterside Inn and Friday's lunch was everything I imagined and more. We were met from our boat by the staff and helped onto the jetty and safely inside. It's a beautiful riverside setting, attentive and professional staff and the most sublime food and drink around. It was all made extra special with a table...

We of course came for the food but the Hotel was also superb in an olde worlde way. The how experience from start to finish was so relaxing. Sitting in one of the gazebos a few meters away from the Thames just watching the world go by is truly amazing.

Our trip to the Waterside was a surprise gift from my Husband for my 40th and to be honest I was so flabbergasted when we actually drove down to the car park and parked up I was lost for words (not for the last time on this visit!). The Waterside is quite an unassuming building which really is just an...

What can I say that hasn't been said before?! This place is still the standard of the ultimate fine dining. The service, the food, the decor, the ingredients, the atmosphere...I just cannot compare it to anywhere else in the world! It is just the best gastronomic experience available and I feel so spoilt to have enjoyed it on so many...

This is a truly wonderful gourmet experience. Beyond description as whatever one's expectations are they are blown apart by the sheer excellence. One huge surprise. Diego. The staff in this hotel restaurant , led by this outstanding ,skilful practitioner give you service which sets the high bar at the level which I suspect the competition simply can only aspire to,

Celebrating 44 years of marriage so wanted something special. Food amazing, service, attentive but not overbearing, very relaxing and everything done to perfection. Room was lovely, very comfy bed and nice to just walk upstairs after a brilliant evening. No tea/coffee making facilities in room wasn't a problem as the kitchen was very near but didn't like using it to...

Have been going to this top restaurant for many years. Food is consistently very good/excellent and the service is excellent. Highly recommended for top quality French cuisine and the location by the Thames is exquisite.
