We visited the Dial house as we were in the area for a party, the room was large and had everything we needed. The gentleman in the hotel was very helpful and made us feel very at ease. We will definitely book again. Many thanks!
Stayed overnight whilst visiting friends. Interesting experience during these times. On arrival there is no one around, but a phone call brought someone. The room was clean and tidy, with a nice comfy bed. Hotels live or die by the ensuites in my experience and this was clean, tidy and new, shower was a bit slow, but on the whole nice. No breakfast due to COVID but all in all, I would recommend!
We visited friends in the area and needed somewhere to stay the night. Perfect location for us, quiet area with ample parking. Dog friendly hotel, we were given a double room facing the rear garden, perfect for Harry our Labrador. Nice quiet room, Hotel quiet too, even though plenty of other guests in attendance. The who look after us in the moring was absolutely spot on and provided a very tasty full english breakfast. Good coffee too. Syed was very enthusiastic and after the meet & greet, took us personally to our room, which was a nice touch. Being fussy, having a bigger sign detailing the wifi password would be nice and a slightly better stocked bar with more mixed fruit ciders and slimeline tonics. Otherwise so nice to find a hotel that is clean, well run with top staff. Well done and thank you... :) Apologies for the paw prints on the duvet...…
Spent a couple of nights here due to working locally. A very good, clean establishment, my room had ample space and was presented tidy and in great order. Have to say that Syed has been a most charming, thoughtful, professional host. A warm, friendly, genuine manager that was only too happy to please. I will be insisting that my company book me in here again for subsequent work projects. I highly recommend staying here and sampling one of the gorgeous curries on offer. Thanks Syed.
Stayed here for 2 nights from 15th to 27th January. I would highly recommend Dial House, the rooms are warm, cosy and comfortable. Syed the owner is always at hand and nothing could be too much for him. I was suffering with a cold whilst there and Syed made me a warming cup of ginger and honey with a twist of coffee, it was much appreciated. It's these small things that make this place stand out. The food potions are hughe so you won't go hungry either. The hotel is wonderful and the owner is warm welcoming and will go the extra mile. If I'm ever this way again I would choose to stay at Dial House. Thank you Syed for making my stay relaxing and restful. Mandy Hewey Staying Guest
