Perfect.
Apartments@52 are well centred apartments in Bridlington which overlook the South Bay. and are ideally located across the road from the beach. All of the apartments are easy accessible to the town centre by a few minutes walking and Bridlington Spa which is even closer and on the doorstep.
We recently discovered Apartments@52 and we have stayed here four times. Each time we have stayed we have never been disappointed. The apartments offer a modern lifestyle finished to a high standard.
We recently stayed in Apartment 10 which is on the top floor and easily accessible either by the lift or steps. The lift has ample room and easily has the space for luggage and bags..Apartment 10 has ample room for us as a couple but can accommodate a family, There is bedroom 1 with a double bed and bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Towels are provided and include bath and hand towels. There are 2 shower rooms which is great for a couple as there is one each to use and no waiting. The kitchen layout has ample cupboard space that provides and are fully stocked plates, bowls and cups etc. There is a kettle, toaster, cooker, microwave and fridge. In fact all of the utensils that you may need to cook with. The dining area is located in the kitchen and as you enjoy breakfast looking out at the sea. There is a huge balcony with decking to sit out on and enjoy the panoramic views of the South Bay.and its stunning views. The seating room is large and spacious with reclining seats and a huge tv.
Close to the apartments are ample places to eat either breakfast, lunch or evening meal such as Bridlington Spa Cafe and Yips chinese restaurant.
Check-in is easy and straightforward either a contactless check-in and the key is in a key safe on arrival or/either to be met on arrival by a member of staff.. We have done both methods but it is always great to be met on arrival by Jamie to exchange keys and information.
We are looking forward to our next break and many more this year at Apartments@52.

Visited on an awful wet and windy weekend.
But the apartment was cosy and warm when we arrived.
The apartment is very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen essentials and the bedrooms are so cosy.
2 shower rooms mean no waiting for your turn in the bathroom...Towels are provided and the shower has good water pressure.
Liff to all floors which was great when bringing in our luggage.
Allocated parking for each apartment.
We had a great view of the sea as we were right on the front and if the weather had allowed, we would have loved sitting on the balcony with a drink.
We will be back

My family and I have just completed our fourth stay in the Sands apartment. The apartment is superbly placed for the beach. It is well located for restaurants and shops. We have noticed the many improvements that have been made to the flat over the years. It has been made wheelchair friendly with a new ramp down to the front door and a lowered hob unit in the kitchen and a walk-in shower with equipment. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Jamie, who manages the apartments, is very helpful, approachable and willing to sort out any issues that may arise. We have felt welcomed and that nothing is too much trouble. We will continue to stay in the apartment as long as our granddaughter is willing to have a holiday with her grandparents!

We are three ladies in our seventies and, at the time of booking with Holiday Lettings, there were several apartment available at Apartments 52. We chose a penthouse apartment, for which we paid extra, because of the description, particularly the panoramic rooftop balcony.
On arrival at Apartments 52, the manager took us to apartment number 6 on the first floor. When we questioned with him that we had booked a top floor apartment, he insisted that the penthouse apartments were already occupied by other guests and that apartment number 6 was exactly the same. It emphatically was NOT. Apartment 6 is a first floor apartment and did not have the advertised electric reclining sofas, or 50” Smart TV, neither did it have a penthouse balcony, as ours was shaded by apartments from above; which as the weather was warm and sunny the whole week was a disappointment.
We put our concerns, that we were not happy with being allocated this first floor apartment, in writing to the manager (via the Holiday Lettings website) and his only reply was that apartment 6 was the same as the penthouse, which it obviously was NOT.
When we complained to Holiday Lettings about not receiving what was booked, they said that we should not have accepted the alternative apartment and contacted them to find other alternatives. Excuse me - we had just driven all the way to Bridlington; it was an August ‘peak’ weekend – what other similar properties do they think that they could have found? Clearly, we had no alternative than to accept what was offered by the apartments manager and complain to both Holiday Lettings and the manager, requesting some compensation for our disappointment, which all fell on deaf ears by both parties.
The apartments are in a good position in Bridlington and most have a sea-view however, if you do book a penthouse, ensure BEFORE your arrival that you have been allocated apartment numbers 9 or 10, as these are the penthouses in the block. Do not get fobbed off by the manager with something that you did not book!

This matter has already been discussed and settled via holiday lettings. I am disappointed that you felt the need to leave this review. There was a mix up with the apartment allocation, we are not sure how it happened, and it has never happened before-again I apologise for the mistake. As previously discussed, Apartment 6 is not an inferior apartment. It has the same 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the same, stunning sea view. The price for both apartments are identical. You were not given an inferior apartment. It has a 49” tv, rather than a 50” tv, and a brand new corner sofa, rather than a reclining 2 seater. The sun shines beautifully on the 22ft balcony, until around 1pm and your view is completely uninterrupted as we are the closest building to the beach. The apartment you enjoyed is one of the best apartments on the east coast, as proven by our awards. Regards Jamie Stuart @52

Upon arriving we had our own private parking bay, the property looks over the sea front.
From walking up the steps at the front the accommodation is spotless, lift access and stairs to your apartment. Our apartment was number 5 and it was huge, decorated very stylish and modern and again spotless, big kitchen with dining table and chairs, large lounge, 3 bedrooms 1 en-suite with bath and shower and a bathroom with shower. The balcony is stunning table and chairs with parasol and sun loungers over looking the beach. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco, ice in the freezer and towels placed on beds when we arrived.
If your looking for luxury this place really is that.
The owner is easy to contact, the cleaning lady is fabulous so kind, polite and helpful. We will defiantly be booking to stay there again.

We were very disappointed with the quality of apartment 9 as it is advertised as being a luxury apartment. There was a half eaten biscuit and crumbs behind the sofa, fingers marks over the lounge window, wall paper hanging off the lounge, a wire to hold up the lounge curtains and an Ill equipped kitchen including rusty baking trays. Despite the sea views it was not value for money or luxurious.

I’m sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We received your email. Your apartment was looked over on your departure and found that the kitchen was missing a pair of scissors and a Pyrex dish. These have now been replenished from our inventory, along with the oven trays which were not rusty, but were looking a little worse for wear- we would have liked the opportunity to replace these during your stay if it had been brought to our attention. The wallpaper had lifted in the corner of the lounge, likely due to being next to the radiator. This has now been stuck down and shouldn’t lift again. The wire you describe to hold up the curtains is a fit for purpose item commonly used for hanging curtains. I can only apologise for the missed biscuit behind the sofa, and window in the lounge, the apartment has a lot of windows, I suspect one was missed in error. The beds in the apartment have the same Clifton mattresses as all of our apartments which we feel are a well rounded mattress and on the whole are enjoyed by the majority of our guests. At the end of September/October our prices are very reasonable. We feel that the £91 per night for your stay is very competitive for an apartment of this caliber which sleeps 6 guests, with a large balcony and sea views from so many of its rooms. Regards Jamie Stuart @52

We stayed in apartment 10 for four nights and the facilities were excellent. There was a large balcony which had stunning views overlooking the sea. The spacious apartment had a lounge with two double settees and large TV, kitchen/diner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Jamie dealt with a minor problem we had promptly and efficiently. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have rebooked for later in the year.

We booked this place for a bank holiday stay. The main thing was that we needed somewhere accessible for an elderly relative. They changed the parking around so our designated space was around the front. Down the ramp to main door and then through into our apartment. Even without someone to push the wheelchair, there were no curbs or other obstacles.
Lounge with two sofas, chair and table. Kitchen / diner. Double room, twin room, bathroom and double room with ensuite. There was a cupboard with accessibility aids, so we adapted the ensuite toilet very quickly.
It's difficult to review a place like this as our main goal was to be outside in Bridlington. It worked very well for what we needed and was close to the Spa and the beech.
