Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We both arrived at these premises on Sunday April the 14th, we were quickly given the key to room 121 on the first floor, the room was very spacious and appeared to be very clean with modern themed decor, it also had a great shower, great WiFi and a bit of a sea view, the bed was also extremely comfortable and we both had a great sleep, we both would have no problem in recommending these premises to anyone visiting the area.

On arrival the staff was very friendly hotel was very clean and welcoming. The check in was easy and upgraded to breakfast and evening meal which was a bargain. The room was very clean and toiletries and towels provided even spares. Coffee and tea was provided in the room and any extra you needed could get from reception. The beds were very comfortable and can say we all slept extremely well. The buffet breakfast was what you would expect with plenty of choice even for the kids. Sadly evening meal service was very slow 2 hours to serve main and starter but the staff were very friendly and the food was satisfactory. Will absolutely stay again.

Just had a night in this Premier Inn. I booked a family room for 2 adults 2 children but only a Double bed and one single in the room.. There was no Internet which was bad for my Grandson and no hot water at all for our showers. The restaurant breakfast and area was very good but rooms need refresh. I still give it 5 simply because of value for money.

Stayed here with my family & really enjoyed our stay Perfect location to all amusements & local restaurants on the beach front. Very welcoming & helpful staff. We ate breakfast here both mornings we stayed & we was very impressed at the variety on offer & how nice it was cooked everything tasted fresh & staff was very organised. We had a family room very spacious extremely clean with clean fresh towels & Wi-Fi accessible throughout the hotel too. Throughout our stay when in our room it was extremely peaceful. We would like to thank all the staff especially the two ladies on reception for making our stay a wonderful & relaxing experience. We will definitely be coming back again.

A good central point to explore Bridlington as it's slap-bang on the seafront, right in the middle of town. It was a bit quiet when we went, but we were there out of season, but once everything is open, I can imagine the place would be fantastic for couples, or families as there seems plenty to do. Nice little cafes, loads of arcades, the prom is beautiful, and there are walks to go on as well. I would think we will go back at some point.

The staff were super friendly and helpful upon arrival, very clean hotel and comfy bed, the shower/bath was really nice and spacious. We went to the cookhouse for a meal which was really tasty and the staff there are also welcoming. The room had appliances that we could use and tea/coffee and extra pillows. The only issue was the toilet roll wasn’t good quality but that was minor. Overall I would highly highly recommend this hotel because the staff were amazing and the hotel was really clean and lovely especially with an ocean view.
