Bridlington Bay Apartments are well looked after and clean. Jamie (and is team) are always friendly and available, if needed, during the stay. We always look forward to staying each year and like to use the lower ground apartment due to its size because we go as an extended family.

Lovely clean flat, in a beautiful location just across from the sea, the proprietor was very helpful and made us feel very welcome We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone, there were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone

Fantastic views with a juliet balcony, close to all amenities. These apartments are equipped with everything you need for a lovely holiday. The staff are brilliant. This was our second trip, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb apartment. 2 adults and 2 children. Stayes in Apartment 8 in the penthouse. Absolutely immaculate when we arrived. Actually walking in the lobby and upstairs felt guilty walking up in our trainers/flip flops because its ao clean and tidy. Have to say waking up in the morning and being met with the view through the kitchen wimdow and then onto the living room took my breath away each time. Especially when the sun was out and the tide was in! On the first tonight after the rain had cleared we even got a little whale or dolphin display directly in front of us. I originally booked because of the balcony and definitely made full use of it. Obviously it is exposed to the elements and especially the seagulls which there isnt much anybody can do anything about. I brush is provided which was useful to brush away any rain water that collects. Also each day I used some anti-bacterial wipes to wipe around and clean up the ledge in front and give the table a chairs a little spruce. Was worth spending a few mins doing that to make myself feel comfortable and enjoy the wonderful views with either a morning coffee or a few beers at night. The seagulls look imitidating by the way but when you open the door to the balcony they do shuffle off without much fuss. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. 2 tiny little additions which would have been useful would have been some coat hooks on the door and maybe a little shoe stand just for somewhere to keep all our shoes. Mainly again because felt guilty bringing sandy shoes into the immaculate apartment. Check-in was really easy. As instructed ring 20 mins before and they meet you with the key. And we had an issue where we locked the key in the apartment. Rang the number and they were with us within 10/15 minutes which was great. (Thank you for that Jamie!). Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again at somepoint.. All 4 of us didnt want to come home which is always a great indicator of a place. …

disappointed cleanliness was good which is a must excellent view however it was a window with a glass ledge not a balcony with seating as shown on pics booking.com or i wouldnt have paid £175 night for two people also no lifts please be aware i was told i was offered money back (im disabled) but i wasnt thankfully managed for two nights overall enjoyable beware the rough sleepers in gardens between apartment and beach

This is the second review platform you have chosen to leave a bad review for our business. It is very clear on all of our listings, which apartments have a full balcony, and which have Juliet balconies. We cannot be held responsible for you booking an apartment without first checking the property description. When you book through booking.com you are paying extra fee's and commissions which increase the cost of the stay, this is why you should always book directly with us at the property. You were told about the Juliet balcony, and the fact that the apartment is on the first floor immediately when you said you were disabled. You were offered free cancellation, but chose to stay anyway. We do not think it is fair to leave a poor review for issues that that you were aware of. There were some people camping in the gardens opposite, they were not 'rough sleepers'. They are no longer in the gardens. Regards Jamie Stuart

Came to bay apartments on the 11th august after staying in the expanse hotel last year we wanted something different this time as a family and I’ve got to say it’s been absolutely lovely the apartment was so nice very spacious and had everything we needed. My 15 year old daughter was amazed that she got her own bathroom lol and the views wow couldn’t of asked for a better place to be! And finally the staff was very helpful from pulling up in my car to the end of are stay the girls were brilliant and Jamie was great I phoned him to see if our apartment was ready he phoned the girls then rang me straight back with a time it’s been an absolute pleasure and will definitely be booking again my husband wants the penthouse apartment next time thank you Bridlington bay apartments for a very relaxing stay 👍…

Clean, really comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely lady that met us at the apartment and originally from my neck of the woods😂 Lots of stairs to top floor is worth noting. Only for carrying cases food etc made it difficult 🥲 The sea views and beautiful sunrises really made it for us. And the nosey seagull made us laugh Would absolutely recommend and love to return but would maybe stay on a lower floor 👍our visit was for my grandsons football tournament on the beach nice walk from apartment to the south shore all amenities very close we even had a meal and breakfast at the premier inn just outside the apartment which food was very nice, parking is supposed to be included with a permit myself and the husband managed to park in the road at the side of the apartment but my son and his wife had to pay for parking all weekend due to know spaces this should be noted we noticed that some cars were parking and leaving/ saving spaces not big enough to park but then moving up when other family/ friends arrived so we know for next time what to do!! Great apartment and location. Really clean and decorated modernly. Friendly staff and really welcoming. Just a stones throw away from the beach. And a couple of minutes walk to amenities. Will definitely go again
