Absolutely superb apartment. 2 adults and 2 children. Stayes in Apartment 8 in the penthouse. Absolutely immaculate when we arrived. Actually walking in the lobby and upstairs felt guilty walking up in our trainers/flip flops because its ao clean and tidy. Have to say waking up in the morning and being met with the view through the kitchen wimdow and then onto the living room took my breath away each time. Especially when the sun was out and the tide was in! On the first tonight after the rain had cleared we even got a little whale or dolphin display directly in front of us. I originally booked because of the balcony and definitely made full use of it. Obviously it is exposed to the elements and especially the seagulls which there isnt much anybody can do anything about. I brush is provided which was useful to brush away any rain water that collects. Also each day I used some anti-bacterial wipes to wipe around and clean up the ledge in front and give the table a chairs a little spruce. Was worth spending a few mins doing that to make myself feel comfortable and enjoy the wonderful views with either a morning coffee or a few beers at night. The seagulls look imitidating by the way but when you open the door to the balcony they do shuffle off without much fuss. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. 2 tiny little additions which would have been useful would have been some coat hooks on the door and maybe a little shoe stand just for somewhere to keep all our shoes. Mainly again because felt guilty bringing sandy shoes into the immaculate apartment. Check-in was really easy. As instructed ring 20 mins before and they meet you with the key. And we had an issue where we locked the key in the apartment. Rang the number and they were with us within 10/15 minutes which was great. (Thank you for that Jamie!). Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again at somepoint.. All 4 of us didnt want to come home which is always a great indicator of a place.

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Bridlington Bay Apartments. Check in was super easy, just phoned 20 mins (as requested) before arrival and was met by a friendly lady who gave us the keys and explained the parking and organised the electronic parking permit. The apartment itself was clean, well laid out and equipped with everything we needed. The view was amazing.

We stayed here for a week. Situated in a prime location overlooking the sea, the apartment was light and airy if somewhat sparsely furnished. Within really easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants. The balcony was, unfortunately, only a Juliette and not really a balcony at all. We were given one toilet roll to last a week and no washing up liquid/soap. The apartments were fairly quiet, with nobody banging and making noise through the night!

Finishing touches in room needed attention, internal doors had paint on them and some sanding started, plaster off walls in some rooms where nails/screws hammered in. Windows desperate for a clean. Shower room very small and impractical.. no shelving by mirror or in shower to put anything. Kettle needs descaling all you could taste was calcium in drinks. We had tea with few milks and sugar but no coffee. No hair dryer available. The double beds felt small and pillows need replacing they are flat and uncomfortable. We stayed in a similar place and were greeted with plenty of tea and coffee as well as milk in fridge, loaf of bread, butter, jams and cereal. I know there were both self catering but are a godsend when you arrive late and don’t know where convenience stores are. This apartment sleeps five and maybe worth money if you fill it, otherwise quite pricey. Heating is temperamental radiators in each room had to be adjusted manually and was a little confusing. No TV’s in bedrooms.

Thank you for your review, Gill. Im sorry to hear such negative comments about such lovely apartments. The apartment you stayed in has been thoroughly checked. There are some paint marks on one of the doors, but non were part sanded. There are no areas where plaster is coming off the walls, the apartments were rebuilt from scratch just two years ago. The windows are cleaned on a rota every two weeks by an external cleaning company. The shower trays are all 1200mm x 800mm, and the ceilings are very high. No other guests have commented that they are impractical. The kettles are descaled or replaced periodically. I suspect the taste was simply the taste of the water in our area. We provide a complimentary cup of tea for your arrival, we do not advertise as providing tea and coffee. We are self catering apartments. Similarly, we do not provide hair driers - Information like this is available to your before you book with us on our listings. The beds in the property are full size double beds. The radiators are not temperamental. You simply select the temperature you wish on the display using the arrow buttons. The price you pay is for each apartment, rather than the number of guests who stay, maybe an apartment to sleep two, rather than five, would have been more suitable for you. We dont have a TV in the bedrooms, but the lounge has a 40" smart TV for your entertainment. Regards Jamie Stuart

we had a 2 night stay in Apartment 6 which has 3 bedrooms( 2 double , 1 single) and 2 shower rooms. The apartments are located directly on the North Beach close to the Premier Inn. The ocean and beach literally fills the windows at the front of the apartments. The apartment is well equipped for self catering with ample crockery, pans and equipment although we didn't eat in much. There is a large TV in the lounge/diner/kitchen and another in the main bedroom . You need to take your own towels although a tea towel, cloths and antibacterial spray were supplied along with a small amount of tea bags, sugar and UHT milk pots.
Parking permits are issued to allow parking directly outside. The owner could not have been any more helpful and we had a great time.

We are currently staying in apartment 6 and they're such a great find. The apartment has amazing views of the beach and is so close to all the attractions in Bridlington.
We have three bedrooms but we're only using two. It has two double bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment and one small single in the middle next to the master. The master bedroom has a big ensuite and then there's a smaller family bathroom next to the second double by the front door so plenty of room for everyone. The curtains are proper blackout - I'm a very light sleeper and these didn't require my usual eye mask. Two big sofas and a table with 5 chairs in the lounge/kitchen.
The lounge and master bedroom have smart TVs so you can log in to Netflix and Amazon without any issues. We've eaten out for every meal so can't comment on the appliances.
There are no lifts and our apartment is up three full flights of stairs (1 to the front door then two inside) but there is a lower ground floor apartment which is accessible.
Make sure you pack towels (beach, bath and hand towels plus kitchen towels). We were surprised there wasn't any soap or washing up liquid but it isn't an issue just had to go to the shop. There was a toilet roll in each bathroom.
The soundproofing is outstanding, with all the windows shut you can barely hear anything and we've not heard a peep from the other apartments which we know are full.
We booked direct for a lot cheaper prices. We weren't sure of the protocol on arrival - if you call the number on the booking confirmation email they will come straight away to let you in and you can pay by card.
Parking is by permit only but this comes with the apartment and is right outside the door.
The beach is literally right outside the front door and the Bridlington beach attractions only a 5 minute walk away. Just what we wanted.
We will I'm sure be back!

We stayed for two nights in a first floor apartment overlooking the sea with views towards Flamborough Head. We loved our stay and the property was well equipped and very comfortable. We parked directly outside but didn't need the car during our stay as local amenities were easily accessible and there were lovely walks - particularly towards sewerby. The manager (Jamie) was very helpful throughout. Recommended

We found these apartments by accident and we were so happy. We stayed from 29/08/20 to 2/09/20 and I didn’t want to go home and wished we had booked for a week. We was in apartment 2 and it was gorgeous and wonderful and clean and had a balcony you could sit outside on looking at the fabulous view of the sea. You are only about a minute away from the promenade it’s just across the road and you can walk either way to the right leads you to the fair and plenty of fish and chips takeaways ice cream etc a few shop And you can get into town that way it’s a lovely walk. Parking is on the street by permit which you will get Off the owner Jamie no problem. Can’t wait to go back Amazing.

Free house, restaurants are all in walking distance. It was old sea but it is close by. I have to point out few cleaning issues, nothing major but perhaps full attention needs to be paid to nooks and crannies.
