Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely hotel, clean, quiet and warm. We were made very welcome, owners even asked what time we would like breakfast and provided a slot for us to come down for. Could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Would happily recommend to anyone

Great little guest house. The owners were lovely - made me feel at home straight away. I booked a single room, and when I got there they said they had a spare double and gave me that instead at no extra charge. They made sure I was happy with the room and everything. Room was clean and spacious. Had everything I needed. Nice touch with the biscuits. The guest house is very convenient for Bridlington Spa, just a 5 minute walk. Parking can be an issue, but I managed to move my car to just outside the guest house later in the evening. I would recommend this property.

I have stayed previously at this guest house as a solo traveller and returned in September with my daughter. A warm welcome always greets you at this establishment. Spotlessly clean hotel. We stayed on the top floor with a sea view . It was a double room, ensuite with TV, tea and coffee making facilities. (Hot chocolate and biscuits included too ). Comfy bed and WiFi. Breakfasts are the best I have had in the UK . Various cereals , yoghurt , fruit and juice are available and a full cooked breakfast with toast. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. The guest house is in a quiet location near the Spa Theatre and seafront . We can't wait to return .

I finally made it back to visit my friend in Bridlington and this time got to stay two nights. The guest house and Sue and David were just as welcoming as they were before. Very cozy and I love the hot chocolate and biscuits! The breakfast was very filling and delicious. This is my go to place every time I visit Brid and I hope there will be more visits!

Lovely clean fresh b n b with great friendly hosts. Perfectly situated for exploring Bridlington. Nothing too much trouble for the owners who saved us a parking space on arrival and carried our cases upstairs. Lots of attention to detail much appreciated. Definitely returning again soon.

We visited Sue and David for 4 days in august, from the first hello to the last see you again we had a great time. We stayed during a heatwave but we had room 1 which was the ground floor back room, it was a lovely cool room with the added bonus of a mini fridge so we could have cold water constantly. Both Sue and David were fantastic hosts, asked everyday if we wanted clean towels and a clean down etc. Thank you both. We’ll be back again.
