Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. It is close to local amenities, located between the North and South beach in Bridlington. It is very well maintained and has an awesome aesthetic both inside and out. The Three Gables has easy access for parking also. Gill is extremely welcoming and works very hard, she made our stay more enjoyable and was very attentive. The food was so tasty, and the breakfast was cooked to perfection with no grease filled plate afterwards. The room was amazing and the shower had great pressure and temperature. All around an amazing weekend away for me and my other half! Thank you Gill!

Another excellent stay at this bed and breakfast, which is just a few minutes walk from the harbour / Spa theatre. The rooms, which include a number on the ground floor that are perfect for those who might not be able to manage stairs, are well presented and very clean, with toiletries/drink making facilities. Breakfast is excellent. Offsite parking is available, which is not that common with B&Bs in this area. Friendly and helpful host.

Made very welcome into this beautiful building, my room was really clean with plenty of storage, the bed was sumptuous. Hospitality tray replenished daily but also coffee /tea extra milk etc available all day in the dining room. Cleaned thoroughly daily. Breakfast was superb, more than substantial with good quality ingredients. Close to the harbour, stunning south beach and town centre. Added bonus car parking. Would recommend to anyone and I’ll be back!

Totally disgusting service from start to finish. The engagement upon arriving was incredibly appauling. The area was busy with no customer service, basically get you into your room as quick as they could with zero communication from staff.
I checked into my room to find it stunk, I'm not a posh girl ... But jesus. Another level of cigarette smoke.
The bathroom was sertainly not to expectation , to say I had read positive reviews was an understatement.
Definitely would not book again.

We were allowed to check in early due to the bad weather, which was helpful. The building its self is quite quirky with a lot of history attached but the room we stayed in was very comfortable and the private parking is a bonus. Must also add the breakfast was lovely. We will return

My Wife and I stayed for just a few nights to mark our Anniversary, we have been regular visitors to Bridlington for many years, but this was our first stay at the Three Gables with Jane and Adrian. We selected the Three Gables because of their ability to accomodate my wifes mobility needs and they even offered extra help when her mobility scooter had a problem and refused to move for a while. We spent a very pleasant evening in Jane and Adrians company in their lounge with other guest and were entertained with a pop quiz, and enchanted with the architecture and history of the impressive Three Gables building. At breakfast we were delighted with a Happy Anniversary banner which helped make our day special. Jane and Adrian are relatively new to the Bed and Breakfast Host role but they are doing everything right and going the extra mile to make your stay welcoming and homely as possible. We will definitely return to enjoy the Three Gables again.

As a veggie with a gluten intolerance the lovely owners at the Three Gables couldn’t have been more accommodating and gone out of their way to ensure I had a delicious breakfast with all the usual trappings. Our room was lovely and clean and the old house has some very interesting quirky architectural features. The other guests and the owners were very friendly. It was also a lovely peaceful environment to stay in within an otherwise lively Bridlington.

I visited with Bed and Breakfast Hotel with my sister for a well-earned short break. We chose this hotel after reading the reviews and the fact that each room had a chair or sofa. Unfortunately the room we were allocated was very small, the size of a large cupboard but did have a sofa. Unfortunately it was squeezed into such a small space only one of us could sit on it at a time. The beds were comfortable though and the landlady very nice.

We booked as was going to Daniel O'Donnell at Bridlington Spa. Jane was very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely clean room, location was great. Felt very welcome, lovely breakfast. Breakfast was a little bit early for us (at weekends) but that's just our preference. Would definitely stay again xx
