The Ivanhoe is a family run guest house situated in a pleasant residential area, apx 5 minute walk from the beautiful South Beach and historic Harbour and 10 minutes to the Town Centre, rail and coach stations. We are within easy walking distance of the Spa Theatre and The Royal Hall - ideal for conference delegates and those coming to shows and events. We offer a range of rooms: single occupancy, twin, double and family. All tastefully decorated and centrally heated and with en-suite facilities. Wi-Fi is free and can be accessed throughout the house. All rooms have a well stocked hospitality tray and mini fridge. A plentiful breakfast can be added for just £7.50 per person, per night.

Just returned from another excellent 4 night stay. Wendy and Ray are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This is a very quiet B&B based towards the South Beach area close to the Spa Theatre and short walking distance to the Beach, Harbour the Town Centre, with easy access to the rail and bus stations. Our room was spotless, and the room includes a mini fridge with bottled water, also coffee, tea, milk and biscuits and even a fan for those warm days. Plenty of choice for Breakfast. Would recommend the Ivanhoe to anyone wanting a relaxing break.

Lovely place. We will definitely be returning. This is our 2nd visit. Highly recommend. Friendly and welcoming Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Love the idea of the fridges in the rooms. I have medication that has to be refrigerated.so is ideal. And a really nice breakfast

This was my first time hear and it certainly won't be my last, great hosts very friendly, my room was spotless clean and a very comfortable bed to sleep, also had a quality breakfast every morning with great local produce, excellent place to stay.

We've stayed at the Ivanhoe Guest House in the past and were there again last weekend. We cannot recommend this Guest House highly enough. Wendy is very friendly and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and the room includes a mini fridge complete with bottled water. The breakfast was excellent using good quality produce and we believe our stay was good value for money.

The Ivanhoe is a lovely little guest house in a perfect spot in Bridlington, less than 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The family room we stayed in was perfect; cosy beds, clean bathroom, kettle and mini fridge stocked with water. The owners are brilliant and ensure every breakfast is just the way you like it. They were also very helpful with suggestions for local nature spots and fossil beaches. Great for a stay with family.

Fantastic relaxed holiday. Owners very accommodating and friendly. The loveliest place I’ve stayed in Bridlington. So clean fantastic breakfast,a stroll to the beach. A 10 min stroll to amusement parks and shops .

Great guest house, very friendly, very clean rooms, a great place to relax and chill out Breakfast is very good, good selection, cereal and cooked, Wendy always seems to go that little bit extra. The rooms are very tidy and clean, coffee or tea at hand at all times, fridge with bottled water and milk, Beds are very comfortable, very clean, If you need anything I am sure the staff would go out of there way to supply it.

Me and my boyfriend took my sisters away so travelled as a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children (5 and 9) we stayed in the family suit and it was absolutely gorgeous. We only stayed for one night but we would 100% come back and stay for longer also. We liked the fact that it’s 2 rooms as well in one so we didn’t have to share a room with the children (with the older one been 9 and my boyfriend been there it was such a suitable option for us) she enjoys her own privacy where as most hotels you don’t get that option which isn’t always ideal (especially not in our case) Wendy has been a great help to me in the booking process (we booked directly with her) great prices we didn’t have breakfast so I couldn’t comment on that (we went to have breakfast with family so thought it wasn’t necessary to have 2 breakfasts😂). Lovely and clean beds were very comfy without a doubt the best sleep I’ve managed to get in months. Love the decor in the rooms, Deffinately a lot of care and thought go into the rooms. Love the little mini fridge in each room as well Deffinately came in handy for us, as we aren’t big tea and coffee drinkers. If I could give a higher rating I Deffinately would do. Thankyou so much Wendy for our stay, and we hope to come again. Will be recommending to family and friends.…

Just had a 3 night stay at this lovely home from home guest house. lovely and clean with great hosts.The breakfasts were really nice and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend the Ivanhoe to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay.
