Great hotel, staff were very helpful, breakfasts were a great start to the day and cooked to our liking.Rooms were spacious and with a large comfortable Bed.
Tea and coffee plentiful in room, set next to other cabin style rooms, we would stop again as we thought the rooms were good value.
The water pressure for the shower was just right almost as good as a power shower

We stopped for 2 nights in August in a large chalet where two single beds were added for our 6 and 8 year old children. The chalet was perfect for us as a family and was very clean. The huge bed was very comfortable! Great breakfast both mornings and we ate at the restaurant both nights where the food was delicious (especially the pizza and desserts!) and excellent service from the staff. Hand gel was available and staff all wore PPE so we felt safe. The main reason for our trip was to visit the beach. Only a 10 minute drive to the park and ride car park at South Beach where you are literally a two minute walk from the lovely sandy beach with all the needed amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief escape to enjoy some family time thanks to the comfort of the Manor Court Hotel. We have already recommended to others and we would definitely return.

We booked this trip last minute.
Dominic was very friendly on our arrival at reception. Our allocated room Celeste was fresh and inviting.
All meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Manor was delicious and always served promptly, there was plenty of choice and their pizzas are one not to miss.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider another trip.
The only downside was our shower, which did not have much power, we didn’t mention this until we checked out as we thought this was how it was. Tom on reception said this would be looked at.
We felt comfortable with the social distancing put in place and hand sanitiser was available on reception and also entering the restaurant.
Thank you to all staff, especially Stacey, for making our stay an enjoyable few days.

Stayed for 3 nights from 16/8/20 in a garden room. These are upmarket chalets with fab walk-in shower, comfy king sized beds, dressing table, large tv, hairdryer, coffee machine, heater/fan & good WiFi.
Outside is south facing & a small grassed area with table & 2 chairs which is fab on a sunny afternoon.
On site bar & restaurant with very good food whether breakfast, lunch or dinner
The hotel is very clean with all Covid precautions.
All staff are friendly yet professional and genuinely happy to help
We first came here 25 years ago & the same family still own it with their high standards still a mainstay of excellent customer service
Thank you for a fab stay & we’ll be back 😊

Stayed a couple of nights in a garden room - absolutely wonderful. The chalet/room was extremely well presented and so relaxing, the bed was like a cloud, the food was just delicious, the staff were very freindly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were very well maintained - overall it was a delight to stay here. We wanted to extend our stay but it was already booked up but we will be definitely returning . Its just so handy for everywhere and great parking. When i opened the door to our "room" tranquility took over. Would definitely recommend this hotel, you wont be disappointed.

I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and there was tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. The only issue I had with the room was traffic noise as it was adjacent to the very busy road, I found it impossible to have the window open due to the noise. To be fair there's not much the hotel can do about this but it's worth being aware that a few of the rooms do overlook the road.

There was a good choice for breakfast, the cooked food was very good and the service was so was the service.

I ate in the hotel on one of the nights, it was very busy so taking my order took a while. I had haddock and fries, the batter on the fish was a little bit soggy but the portion was good and it was all very tasty.

We were large group of 20 or so people, our food was ordered on arrival, not in advance. When the food was served, it was impressive how quickly everyone had their food in front of them, everything was as ordered, and it was all delicious. Dessert menus offered after just the right amount of time and again everything delivered efficiently. The waiting staff were brilliant, friendly and cheerful.

We visited here today for Sunday lunch with our son and daughter in law as a belated treat for their anniversary. We had two roasts and two pies. Let’s start with the gravy swimming round the plate like water, tasteless, ruined the meat. My husband’s steak pie had four pieces of meat in it and my son’s portion was like a child’s. There was a dish of frozen chips sand a dish of veg to share but no roasties so we asked for some to go with the roast dinners. Never tasted roasties like those before. I asked for horseradish sauce which took ages to come as the first waitress forgot it. We didn’t stay for a desert, we were so disappointed. The price of this plus four drinks was £60+ We won’t be returning 🙁

We stayed at the Manor Court for a night at the beginning of September. We checked in at around 3.30 and were impressed, firstly by the size of the bed. The room was a good size and appeared to be clean.
We went out until around 9.30 and returned to the hotel for a drink before shower and bed. My OH had a double rum and coke and I had a double G&T. I tried not to look too shocked when we were charged £20.60 for the 2 drinks. And I wondered why the bar was deserted!! Apart from one staff member, all the bar and restaurant staff seemed to be under 20 and were more interested in getting the cutlery ready for the following morning than in giving any customer service.
We went up to our room and, despite the heat, had to close the window to shut out the noise of the main road outside. I noticed that the blinds were covered in dust. Showers over, we compared notes on the bathroom and agreed that, when designing the room, the bathroom should have been made larger and the bedroom slightly smaller as the sink stuck too far out into the room to allow us to dry ourselves in the room. Also, we both noticed the mould on the ceiling. Neither of us slept particularly well as the mattress was rock hard
Next morning, we went down to breakfast. A man told us to sit where we wanted, pointed out the breakfast buffet and told us to help ourselves. A waitress took our hot food order and brought us coffee. The food arrived and was ok, but not what I would call a superior quality breakfast. Although, the coffee wasn't great, we asked for another cup, which didn't arrive. Misery guts who showed us where the buffet was came to take our plates and asked whether we wanted anything else. We said that we'd asked for a coffee and not received it so he refilled our cups with no apology. We commented to one another that, if you aren't happy in your job, which he obviously wasn't, he should get out and do something else.
On the face of it, this hotel seemed like a quality hotel but it needs remodelling and the staff need customer service training. I would not stay here again and feel as though I paid well over the odds.

I’d say so yes. The garden view rooms are all on one level and the restaurant-bar has toilets on the ground floor aswell.
