My first time here, although friends have been stopping for years. The Jasmine is in an ideal location near all the amenities but far enough away for it not to be noisy. The new owners are lovely, couldn't do enough for us. The place was spotlessly clean, large English breakfast was really good. Plenty of on street parking, and free...

Check in was quick and friendly. Chose this guest house so we could take our dog whilst going to the theatre. Double room was a good size, decoration old fashioned, shower cubicle was mouldy. Cleanliness could of had more attention to detail. Breakfast tasted like they were all cheap products.

Had a night stay here with my two dogs. They room was of a good size with a comfy bed. The breakfast was great when we got up and you are even allowed to bring your dog down with you for breakfast rather than leave them in the room if you like.

I stayed 2 nights midweek. My single room was clean and comfortable and even en-suite! Fantastic value for money as it includes a delicious freshly cooked breakfast, free wifi and on-street parking permit! And it's only a very short walk to The Spa on the front! The owners were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
