Me and my husband had a lovely stay at the ryburn hotel . The landlady (linda) was kind, friendly, helpful. The breakfast was, yes, grilled and people's reviews are moaning about this but I would say thank you Linda for putting your guests health first. The breakfasts were lovely. The rooms were so clean and the onsuite bathroom with a...

No positive things to say regarding this hotel simply due to the way we were treated. we were treated rude by the owner Linda and she shown a total lack of respect towards paying customers. Not once did I feel comfortable whilst staying here, each time we came back she rushed out of her living room to abuse you on...

Stayed at this hotel on the 5th. We were given such a warm welcome by Linda, and she also allowed us to see the room before making the (wright) choice to stay there. This is a lovely cozy and warm hotel to stay. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning, and this set us up for the rest...

However, I cannot believe those negative reviews and it was nothing like what was written. Linda Reeves, the landlady was the nicest accomodating lady you could wish to meet. We arrived late...

Hotel was perfect for what we were wanting. Stayed over for the scooter rally so was just looking for a bed anywhere. Location was fine for the town centre. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good after quite a long wait. Would stay again and recommend to others.

My husband and I have just returned from a 7-night stay at the Ryburn. The hotel is very pleasantly situated and is beautifully maintained, with luxurious bedrooms and washroom facilities. Linda Reeves, the landlady couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We stayed in a double room on the first floor, with a balcony. The hotel even laid on dekchairs...

The landlady demands payment on arrival, complains of previous guests, and bombards you with lists of rules. The walls are full of printed sheets of A4 with do's and dont's. She refused to offer coffee at breakfast to one of our party because it was only for one person and she was 'too busy'. She checks bedrooms while guests are...
