This was my 2nd stay at the Park Grand London Heathrow, and it did NOT disappoint! The price was incredibly awesome and included breakfast. And the Concierge/Front Desk Staff, Monica, remembered me from last Spring and gave me the warmest welcome, offered me a bottle of water while I waited for my room and engaged me in conversation which is never expected or because of the busy-ness of the morning in a hotel, easy to do. Rohit, the Front Desk Manager, was amazing. He remembered me as well, welcoming me so graciously, and was able to get me into my room well before the 3pm check-in time. I was impressed last year with the seamlessness of his business acumen and demeanor, dealing with check-ins, check-outs, key changes, wake-uo calls, and any incidentals that came up...ALL at the same time. This was again the case this year, and he is amazing! Looking forward to my next stay.

The all important first impression on arrival was very positive; excellent well presented and furnished lobby area extending to the bar on one side and the restaurant on the other. We had opted for a club room which according to the website came with fresh fruit mineral water bathrobes and slippers plus access to a club lounge. We had none of those things so double checked with reception that we were in the right accommodation. They assured us we were and that the missing items would be delivered but they never arrived.

However the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom well appointed. The leather chair however was ripped and tatty which spoilt the otherwise chic decor.

Our son who lives locally met us in the bar and we were impressed with the impeccable service, the range of drinks on offer and the prices. After dinner in the town centre we decided to have a nightcap. The bar closed shortly after we were served and the shutters were pulled down and locked. We were surprised to see a short time later a man who was not in a uniform unlock the bar and pour several half pint glasses of whisky for what appeared to be a few friends.

Breakfast was buffet style and there was a good range of foods on offer. I asked for poached eggs and they were perfect. The arrangements for tea and coffee were strangely old fashioned; two medium sized steel teapots one full of water the other made up coffee were on a hot plate ... good choice of different tea bags but the water pot could only accommodate a few cups at a time!

Having said all of that, nice hotel, spotless and excellent value for money. However, the hotel really shouldn’t advertise a service that comes at an additional cost if they can’t supply it

I recently completed my mandatory 10 day Covid 19 Quarantine in the Park Grand - the room I was assigned was clean and comfortable, and had all amenities required; the quarantine menu provided a good choice in meals and the food was plentiful and tasty; the hotel provided fresh fruit daily and bottled water; wifi service was excellent.

However the thing that stood out the most was the excellent service from all of the staff in all areas - from the Hotel manager and management, Security, Covid , Reception, Kitchen and Building maintenance team (I had an issue with my safe caused of my own making!) etc, everyone was polite and friendly and went out of their way to assist with queries/requests and generally make my stay as comfortable as possible under the quarantine circumstances and procedures.

As a solo female traveler I also felt safe at all times.

While she has been mentioned in numerous reviews on-line, a thank you again to Monica for her kindness and helpfulness in her "evening check up call".

Thank you to everyone in the Hotel!

I write this review from the hotel. I have stayed here now 307 nights in the last four and a half years, often staying for one month at a time. I have spent in excess of £15,000 staying here during those four years. I would like, on this visit, to thank Steve, Elidio and the lovely Monica again. They are great staff: Steve is always helpful, and Monica is simply lovely. However, some of the other staff have on this visit let down the hotel. I asked for my room to be cleaned, the only time during the week I asked, and the cleaner simply changed the duvet without doing anything else. She didn't even attempt to clean the bathroom, or hoover the room. I cleaned it myself. I then ordered pizza and cola to the room. The gentleman at room service who took my order over the phone completely forgot the cola. The young Eastern European girl who delivered it to the room, who also helps serve breakfast, was angry when I mentioned it and implied I had forgotten to ask for the cola (even though the £9.95 bill she presented me with includes a drink). She then angrily went back to the bar to the cola... and forgot a pen so I couldn't sign the bill. She is often not friendly. These staff are letting you and the hotel down. I was probably your most regular guest.... please ask these staff to improve, and contact me if you would like me to return. Thank you again to Monica and Steve and Elidio.... they are great and other staff should follow their examples.

So my partner and I returned to this hotel for the third time. Previously we have left 5* reviews and have never had any complaints. We both work for the NHS so we needed the accommodation for work purposes.

Upon arrival we were not greeted by reception in a friendly manor and that made us feel slightly uncomfortable. We were in complete shock that the receptionists were not adhering to the government guidelines/rules and were NOT wearing masks. our temperatures were never taken and we were not asked to provide any ID or proof that we were staying for essential reasons.
Hotels may only legally remain open for specific/ essential reasons.

Once booked in we made our way to the room. We realised that the hotel capacity was very busy and again everyone was walking around without masks and were never questioned by the staff. We were quick to notice that since our last visit a year or so ago, the level of class had declined profusely. The whole hotel had such a pungent odour of cannabis. You could honestly get high just walking to your rooms. When we got to our room on the second floor, we noticed hairs all over the bath, cannabis remains on the carpet and a very low level of cleanliness. We then changed to a second room and then finally third. All of this took place within the first 30 minutes of arrival. Our third room which finally consisted of a large double bed in which we paid for seemed much cleaner. However, the fire alarm on the ceiling was covered with a plastic bag which must have been left by the previous guests who decided to smoke in the room. We later noticed a pile of love heart confetti down one side of the bed but we were not willing to move again and needed to get ourselves some rest before our 12 hour shift.

At 2am that evening the smell of cannabis was getting stronger and the room directly opposite were having a party which woke us up. We called reception and they did deal with this incident immediately and people were removed from the room as there was more than 6 guests partying in there.

During the four days that we were there we noticed drug deals happening. Different people consistently coming into the hotel entering rooms and leaving them after a short period of time. The hotel was cheap in price and people were using it to their advantage,whether it was for partying or a place to sell drugs from “discreetly”.

This was all happening because the hotel and their poor management were NOT putting in any safety or legal measures to prevent this from happening. We felt as if we were living in a run down hostel and everyone inside was oblivious to the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic. As two people who have been tirelessly working on the frontline for a whole year now we are truly disgusted and disheartened that the hotel and guests are not complying to the COVID-19 rules whatsoever and in turn our safety and wellbeing was not a priority and was in fact jeopardised during our stay.

I think it’s clear that we will not be returning.

Enjoyed my 10 days quarantine stay at the hotel.
Very polite staff and they reach out to you in no time on 1 call. Systematic and clean room service.

Had limited option for food as it was quarantine time but they were happy to change the menu whenever we ask for.

Each and every staff member including room service, Covid test instructions, kitchen, laundry all of them were really helpful. I would like to mention receptionist Monica who use to call and check on me if everything is going well or I need something. That 1 call made me feel so good.

Good wifi network which allowed me to work without any disturbance.

They follow all the quarantine measures strictly in a very disciplined manner. If we need to go for a walk, security will be at your door to escort.

Thank you team for everything 😊

Upon arrival at 11 pm I was met by the duty manager who ensured a quick check in and offered dinner and also provided fruits at my request.

Before I go into details of the stay I would like to mention the reception team- Monica, Altus, Iosef and another young lady whose name I could not catch ; the kitchen team of Bhakti, Jeet, Sameer, Joyden and Chef Sohail. There were courtesy calls by the Hotel GM Mr Mandar as well.
Entire staff provided immediate and excellent service with Iosef going out of the way to buy a lap top charger/adaptor for me so I could work asap.

The room although small was clean, comfortable with plenty of extra towels and toiletries. There was a desk and chair, fridge, kettle and supplies.

There is a fixed menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner with plenty of choices. This has to be completed upon arrival and the kitchen do accommodate request to change choice or if you want something different. Excellent idea to provide choice of Indian meals at breakfast and dinner and also at lunch upon request. Meals taste good and freshly prepared. Having almost home cooked indian food really helped to make the stay pleasant. Aloo parathas with dahi were delicious as were the punjabi chole.

Three pieces of fruit - banana, orange and apple- provided daily. Sufficient Bottled water. Any supplies of tea, coffee, extra hot milk , toiletries, bedding etc requested are sent immediately.

My room had a picture window with spectacular London views inckuding London Eye which kept me sane. The rooms have good sound proofing so I could not hear anything from other rooms.

I did not go out of the room at all but the hotel provides security escorts for you to take a 15 min walk.

I made a timetable for myself and walked at least 10,000 steps daily to ensure I had some exercise and had an aim for the day. I was working from the hotel and the IT team sorted out initial issues with wifi and it worked well after that.

My thanks to the team for making what could have been a nightmare a pleasant experience.

I was doing my state quarantine for ten days. The room was nice, toilet amenities were provided. Wifi connection was quite stable compared to other hotels. Laundry could be sent out at no cost for 14 pieces for a whole stay periods. Thank you Monica and team for making things better. However, the food was not that good. The choices of food were only chicken or veg. Too many Indian food so i had to skipped some meals and order it from somewhere else. It would be better if the hotel could provide other choices of food eg. fish and chips, sandwiches, pizza etc. for non-Indian. In addition, breakfast should not be identical for 10 days. It made me sick of it. Furthermore, sometimes the food, particularly breakfast, was served poorly, not hygiene at all. All in all, I would say that it was a nice hotel excluding the food part.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The receptionist Monica was very friendly and knows how to deal with her guests. All the staff went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London. I had a wonderful experience at the Park Grand London Heathrow. Every staff member I encountered, from the reception to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to anyone who wants an enjoyable stay where you are welcomed with love. The security staff recruited right now are amazing aswell they were there for me everytime i needed them. I thought I was going to feel like im stuck in prison coming to a Quarantine Hotel because of the stories I was hearing about other hotels but honestly it felt like im on holiday for the past 10days; its a really homely feeling where i was relaxed and my every need was met within minutes, staff and security are friendly, the food was amazing, different meals for every meal which were tasting amazing, my room was very nice, bed was really really comfortable i slept like a baby every night, room and bathroom were cleaned properly from every corner, the only thing i would like to say to them is that they should invest in smart TVs and that would add even more pleasure to their luxury experience. If anyone wants to come stay here for leisure or because they have to quarantine i would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay where they have every facilities that they need. I was really worried about Managed quarantine in hotel considering family stay with kid but this hotel changed my perspective entirely and made our stay as memorable one. It all started with Hotel Manager Mr Mandar Dhage who upgraded our room considering our stay with kid and makes every day call with personal touch to check on us if we need anything ; its beyond expectation truly.

Being Vegetarian we had special food asks which Bhakti from Room services provided with great care & courtesy. My daughter keeps ringing her as required for milk , fruit and what not but Bhakti & Chef never decline single request and made it available promptly. Food variety (Continental, Indian & Chinese) & quantity are so great that you need not to ask anything extra.

Room are very clean , neat & equipped with all necessary items including travel adapter as well. Hotel staff wears masks all the time & avoid contacts at utmost care which is main ask in this pandemic.

Special Thanks Mr Mandar , Bhakti & entire staff to make our stay lovely. Highly recommended.

Wembley stadium is an hour journey from park grand. It's around 10 miles. You can get a taxi for £20 to £25 to reach there.
