If you drive here ask for the code for the car park before you arrive as there are barriers to the car park and as its a busy hotel, it was quite embarrassing holding up other cars while you ring reception for the code. The car park is big and even has a section for coaches. The reception is big and check in was quick and easy. The lobby has plenty of seating areas sectioned by pretty ornate dividers. There is also a bar area and a vending machine with practical items that you may have forgotten to pack, The corridors are carpeted and there is a section by the lifts where the corridor ends in a balcony where you can look down onto the ground floor and see the pretty lighting which reminds me of a flock of birds.
On entering the room, the bathroom is by the door and has the usual toiletries with a bath that has the shower above it. The room is spacious with a single drawer desk that has a hair dryer in the drawer, tea & coffee facilities on top and a mirror & flat-screen TV above it. There was a small armchair with a small tall coffee table. The very comfortable queen side bed had a headboard with built-in bedside tables and lamps either side of the bed. There was also a large wooden wardrobe with a safe and the iron & ironing board in it.
The function room looked big and there's also a well equipped gym, a good size indoor swimming pool with loungers and a sauna.
The restaurant was also large with plenty of seating for small & larger groups. In the evening there's an adequate menu and the food was great. The breakfast was also good with a wide variety and an omelette man who cooked eggs or omelettes to your desired taste.

I have stayed in this Hotel nearly every week since February, the staff at the Hotel are really welcoming and are always very polite.
The General manger Meghna is very friendly and makes my stay at the Hotel very pleasant.
Due to this pandemic sweeping the Country the use of the Gym, Sauna and swimming pool are closed but I'm told these will open when the Government advise them that they can.
The housekeeping needs to slightly improve as the rooms need more attention, spoons, TV remote, iron & towels sometimes missing.
Overall its definitely a Hotel i would recommend for both business and pleasure.

This hotel is situated in a key location for Heathrow and outer London attractions. Whilst some of the rooms are a little tired, it is nothing that a lick of paint can't correct. Apart from that the rooms are large and the hotel has all the amenities that one could want. The breakfast is good and the evening dinner "homemade" items really are that. They taste incredible and better than I have eaten anywhere else. Staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I would just like to mention Meghina and Ezilda who were excellent at trying to sort a difficult situation out. We have already been back twice and plan several more trips in the next 12 months. One work of warning though. If you found this via iPrefer, it looks like it is part of the iPrefer chain - it isn't!!!! iPrefer is to HHH what Nectar is to Sainsbury's, purely a loyalty scheme. iPrefer claim that you get the best prices if you book via their web site - you don't!! They are 30% more expensive than booking direct on the HHH web site.

Don’t stay here

This is single handedly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Disgusting! Avoid at all costs especially if you’re a woman.

Imagine myself (a female) and another female with me driving 2 hours to get here to this supposedly ‘4*’ hotel and there’s a bunch of men hanging at the entrance.

We specifically ask for a twin room and are given double (twice). Bare in mind the double is two singles placed/locked together.

There are men being housed in this hotel and that’s fair enough but it’s not fair enough when I go to my car and there’s a man bare footed sitting next to it smoking weed.

The men will stare you down and make you uncomfortable. I reported all of this and nothing was done tbh. The next day was even worse. On top of that, they are playing football at the entrance and throwing the ball all over the cars with no concern. There’s men in the car park, in the lobby, in the entrance. There are random cars parked here and everywhere smells of weed.

I would like to add that I left my car in the car park and my car got scratched from the front and apparently cctv couldn’t show who had done this. I’ve only had this car for a year so it was quite gut wrenching to see this. No help was offered, I requested a towel and sat on the floor trying to get the paint out. No one came over to help.

In the room, the tea I tried to make was very mouldy and bits floating around in there. Told the reception desk and nothing was done, came back to the same mug which was not replaced.

Cleaners were adamant they had to clean and were only able to wait ten more mins for us to get ready.

WiFi doesn’t work.
The lamp kept going off.
No water in rooms or fridge or iron.
Towels weren’t even replaced.

Don’t come here if your female, child, male or alien.

It’s a disgrace.

I booked this as I thought it would be a lovely weekend away in a luxury 4* hotel but it was far from it. As soon as we arrived they asked for a £50 deposit which over a week later I still have not received back. On check out I asked when it would be back in my bank account and the lady didn’t give me a straight answer. We was told the pool was out of service which was disappointing because it was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. The room was clean and was nice. I wasn’t able to use the tea making facilities because there wasn’t any milk alternative in the room. I rang and asked in person 3 times to get some soya milk (or any milk alternative) because I’m lactose intolerant and every time they said they will and it never showed up. On the first night we were woken up at 2am by loud music and screaming in the hotel room next door to us, in which I had to call security to come. The security was quick to sort this out however it started happening again in which I had to call a second time at 3am. I couldn’t get back to sleep until about 5 am and didn’t feel comfortable in that room. The walls are thin and the hotel is noisy and were woken up by a baby screaming the next morning. The evening meal we had was nice and we ordered room service the following day, in which the food was expensive and average but the portions were big. The staff were nice and the sauna was nice. This hotel would be ideal if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay for a night but not if you’re looking for a weekend break, the premier inn is better.

Just returned home having spent two nights at the above Hotel. On arriving at the hotel we found it clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We were given a room on the first floor and told the room was very quiet. We used one of the four lifts to get to are room, after a very long walk down a long corridor about 300 metres with several stopping and starting because I'm unable to walk without the aid of walking sticks we arrived to are room. The room was spacious with a super sized bed.Nice clean bathroom usable. The room was very noisy being opposite the M4.We unpacked and rested up for a while. We then returned to the reception desk to ask for more pillows and bath towels. We were unable to get though on the phone. The items required where in our room within the hour. The first night we were not able to sleep due to the noise level coming from the M4.We spoke with the reception desk the next day and was offered a change of bedroom, with only one night to stay. We declined packing and unpacking and moving was not for us.On a good note i would like to thank the chef on Thursday morning for the fantastic breakfast my two poached eggs were delicious. The staff throughout our stay was very good
However I was very very unhappy with the car park situation. 20 disabled bays and everyone was in use. Not one car or van was displaying a valid blue badge. Having a blue valid badge myself I was unable to park. When I queried this matter at the reception desk the response shocked me to the point that I would like to hear from the management team regarding this.
I was told that there was no special treatment for customers using the carpark and disabled parking is for everyone. I'm registered disabled and I have never heard this anywhere. So I am left wondering weather this hotel is disabled friendly or not.

We booked here after arriving from Zurich and it was only for one night, given where it is situated and that we just wanted a place to sleep it provided this adequately. It appeared to have good off street parking if that helps?

It was pouring with rain when we arrived so it would have been nice if one of the two staff members at the check in counter at least made some effort to assist with our bags, especially given there was no one for them to attend to at check in? Oh well my personal opinion on that one I guess? It wasn't much better when my partner tried to find someone at the time of our check out and also wanting to pay for her coffee that morning.

As we arrived later in the evening we utilised the "room service" as there is not really much close by to find food etc. We ordered a burger and pizza and I will say the burger was good but the pizza, well it was what could only be described as a below average frozen version which was tasteless and frankly awful. I will say despite that, the prices are quiet reasonable.

The room was fine and was both clean and spacious, as I say it did it's job well and we were not expecting anything luxurious.

Overall if you are looking for a hotel to sleep in after arriving at Heathrow before heading off the next day, then this is not a bad option. I would have rated it better but due to the somewhat lack of service, I am not prepared to rate it any higher.

I am not sure where to start with this review, the hotel was booked for me by work through booking.com. It is on our list of suitable hotels, I had no reason to question it. But I would now ask why is this hotel still taking private bookings when they are being used as a hotel for Asylum seekers and being paid by the HOME OFFICE. None of the facilities are open so advertising on booking websites as a 4 star hotel is misleading. At least give people the information so they can make an informed choice. The photos on websites are misleading and out of date given the circumstances the hotel is in currently.

when I arrived in the dark there were no cars in the car park, just rows of buses. I didn't think anything of it but when I entered the lobby it wasn't like walking in to a hotel, there were single men everywhere getting food and taking it to the lifts. no chairs to sit on and an area like a large office, queuing systems were also in place for large amounts of people.

I went to check in, the girl didn't mention anything, I had to bring it up, she said that the Home Office were using the Hotel. I was then told that I couldn't eat in the hotel and none of the facilities were open and that I could request breakfast in my room. when I asked where I could eat that evening she told me to walk to the pizza takeaway 10 minutes away. Not impressed as a women on my own in the dark and not knowing the area, but I checked in anyway, got to my room and gathered my thoughts, I should have just turned and walked away and checked in to another hotel.

I had to eat so I had to go back to the car and drive to find somewhere. On my return to the hotel, I walked through the lobby and to the lifts at the far end, as I was standing at the lifts a man approached me aggressively, demanding that I show him my room card and tell him my room number, challenging if I was a resident or not, he said he was security, vaguely showed me ID but I was so taken aback, he was aggressive and really not friendly. I got back to my room and realised I didn't feel safe at all. so I checked out, reception really didn't seem bothered that I was more or less in tears and had no idea what to do. Reception couldn't even tell me if the man who approached me actually was security!

This was the most hideous experience I have had in a hotel as a lone female traveller and I have travelled all over the UK with work through the years.

Good morning, Thank you for leaving your review. I am very sorry that you found your experience alarming and I sincerely apologise for that. In regards to the facilities being closed this is mentioned on the booking.com website so I am sorry that you weren't aware of this but as you didn't book the room you would not have seen the notice. As you didn't stay we did not charge you for the night. I apologise for the security person being aggressive and we will check the cameras to identify the person and take appropriate action. Once again I apologise and I hope that we will get an opportunity sometime in the future to restore your confidence in the hotel. Yours sincerely Jorgen Rasmussen General Manager

Giving the reputation of Heston Hyde, I have to say me and my other half were very disappointed by our whole stay that we checked out early and ended up going somewhere else. I was charged 2 times for the room on top of a hidden charge that we were not made aware of when booking. The lady at reception was not very helpful & no one even offered to help when she clearly was not sure what she was doing. We will definitely be giving it a miss next time!!

Booked this hotel via Booking.com, do not stay here unless you are happy to share with 300 migrants paid for by the uk government. at no tine were we informed that the home office had taken over the hotel and provided full services to these 300 people, (men). we have no facilities , no restaurant, no bar, no pool. hotel is 4*, its a complete nightmare. no towels in my room etc. they get 3 meals a day in the restaurant. how can this be allowed. I am definitely not racist, but when safety from Covid 19 is important, it matters. no social distancing is occurring, the staff are trying their best but the foreign guests
have no idea. do not stay here if you value your life.
really angry, no sense from booking. com, they make it impossible to call them..
