Popped to the swan inn for lunch and a drink and had a wonderful time. The team there are very welcoming and their service excellent. Choice of drinks had improved since my last visit and the Thai kitchen is superb. We were able to sit in the pleasant beer garden and while away a few hours comfortable through both sun and rain as is common in the British summer. In the past in the summer we have used the other local pubs on the river but the garden at the swan inn was so much nicer largely due to the very lovely team working there.

My husband and I stayed here with our 14 year old granddaughter whilst visiting Hampton Court and other places of historical.interest in the area.
We had a family room which was excllent for our needs as it was spacious exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. We eat in the pub both evenings enjoying a wonderful Thai meal which was the best Thai meal ever. The continental breakfast was lovely with a great deal of choice including fresh croissants, ceral fruit and much more.
The staff were lovely and very attentive. Would certainly stay here again and would recommend to friends and familly.

Absolutely huge and delicious carvery at The Swan Inn Isleworth today after a very soggy dog walk.
Cannot describe how huge my plate was and usually if you opt for the selection of meats you get a slither of each. Not here, a couple of generous slices of everything.
Then, halfway through the meal, one of the chefs came over with a bag of off cuts from the roasts to take home for the dog. I've never seen Ozzy happier.
Our son didn't even have room for pudding. This never happens 😅

Thoroughly recommend them... They also do lovely Thai food Monday to Saturday.

It was so good I put it back for a refund. Really disappointed after reading such good reviews. It looks great but sadly the roasties dried out as they had been sitting. The cauliflower didn't seem to have a sauce it was dry with crispy cheese on top. Cabbage was bitter and also the server stopped it on the plate without getting the water out of it first. The pork was chewy and didn't like the taste of the gammon. The gravy was watery too. The crackling was just oil too no crunch. The only nice thing was the stuffing but I couldn't justify paying that price for just stuffing so put it back. Think the staff took offence but really at the price I'd expect something decent. Who knows maybe it was an off day, I dont want to slate the place over one visit so I'm hoping it was just a bad day. My daughters plate was loaded with water from the undrained veg too. Off-putting. So now I'm back at the hotel eating crisps lol 😆

Its a real shame. Used to be the best roast around but times have changed. Used to have a carvery counter always filled with veg to serve yourself after you collected your very generous portion of meat.

Now you get your meat and go to the carvery counter which now is served to find the server missing and the vegetables gone.

On this particular occassion i told the kitchen there was no vegetables which they were oblivious to so not sure what the point of the person seving the veg is if they cant report to the kitchen when the veg has gone.

Had to then wait with my plate of meat for the veg to get cooked so I sat down. When the veg was ready I stood up to go behind 5 people and when it was my turn I got the dregs. They had literally cooked only enough for 6 people.

We haven't been back since and won't be until we hear of improvement.

Great value for money, great Thai food, great location. Some rooms didn’t have en suite facilities but they were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We weee there for only one night but had dinner there. We all had Thai which was excellent. Other traditional dishes were available but we cannot comment. Thank you Swan Inn.

We would definitely recommend the delicious and freshly cooked Thai Express lunch at The Swan in Isleworth. We have eaten here three times and never been disappointed. It is a Fullers pub and the beer choice is good with full measures. Please do come and try for yourself. James and Sally

The noodles were hard and under cooked. The crispy duck was not crisp at all, in fact microwaved. The prawns were frozen and the texture was all wrong from being over cooked in a microwave. The sauce served with the prawns tasted like something from a bottle, it was thick and sticky sweet. Avoid the pub Thai food at all cost!

Just arrived home after a two night stay at the Swan. I would recommend a stay there to all my friends and family. Both me and my partner received the most excellent service and we had a wonderful time. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. Our room was both clean and pleasant and the Thai cuisine deserves an extra special mention for it’s outstanding quality. We were very reluctant to have to return home

Large pub. Slow service. Roast was good but parsnips undercooked. Garden is more of a smokers corner and very over looked. Overall an average experience but for families with small kids I wouldnt recommended.

is there parking nearby, street or otherwise ?
Answer from Cherry A

We could not find any parking nearby but when we went into the pub to ask, one of their regular customers let us use his parking space at his house nearby. We were lucky!
