we used the self check in machines, we thought they would be complicated, however took us less than 5 mins.

The hotel/room:
I visited this premier inn with my boyfriend and stayed for 3 nights. This premier is a fairly new so facilities and hotel is well kept and modern.
In the hotel lobby, there is some snack/drink vending machines and also a Ben and Jerry’s one! There is also a small machine which has a few essentials incase you left anything at home (I didn’t use it but thought it was a good idea!)

Our room was nice and clean on arrival, our cleaner Diana also came in daily and did a small tidy but to a good standard.
We were impressed with the size and quality of the TV in our room and we also liked the purple strip lighting above our bed. I loved the mirror with the built in light! It was great to do my makeup in front of it.
The bed was a great size, very big. The pillows were really comfortable and duvet warm..
Rooms include air con, tea/coffee making facilities, usb & plug sockets, hair dryer. If you run out of tea/coffee you can go down to the reception and there are baskets where you can help yourself which again I thought was a great idea!
The bathroom has hair/body wash included as well as hand soap in dispensers.

Breakfast:

Very good value for money, all you can eat for less than £10! We ate breakfast once during our stay as we weren’t very hungry most mornings but all the food is very good quality. I joked to my partner and said “I wonder if breakfast actually looks like the posters” and to be honest it wasn’t far off! Very tasty!!

WiFi:

We didn’t pay for the Premium WiFi but not a bad price if you were going to.
The bog standard free WiFi is just as good to be honest it just disconnects your phone after a short period of inactivity.

Location:

The hotel is right next to the Wembley designer outlet. There is a cineworld, restaurants, children’s park and clothes shops. Wembley stadium and SSE arena is of course right Next to the hotel as well. I would imagine when an event is on the area would be extremely busy but during our visit the area was pleasantly quiet.
There is a few shops in the surrounding area and the tube station is approx a 10 minute walk away, very straightforward on how to get there.

Overall experience:

We felt really safe and comfortable staying here. We definitely got good value for money, less than £100 for 3 nights was a bargain. Breakfast was tasty and hotel was clean.
We will DEFINITELY be saying again!!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff from the moment we walked in. Welcoming us with a smile, easy check in, no problems.
Great location with the tube station a 15 minute walk away and even that’s through a nice part of the Wembley area.
An area that’s been well built up, clean and safe so the hotel which is quiet and great value for money is perfectly situated.
Unfortunately our bathroom had some slightly unsightly stains down the walls, dust and dirt in crevices and the bedsheets had stains on them but for a one night stay it’s not worthy of a big fuss kicked up.
The rooms had kettles, hairdryers, extra pillows, clean towels and a lovely comfortable bed so you’re not left without. There’s even spare drinking condiments downstairs in the lobby and they even provide an iron and iron board should you need it.

A lovely modern premier Inn right next to Wembley Stadium.
It's about a 10-15 min walk from Wembley Park Station on the Jubilee / Metropolitan line and just over the road from Wembley Stadium mainline Station with trains every 30mins to Marylebone Station.

It's only a short tube journey to cental London and its the perfect sport if visiting Wembley for the football.

The hotel is relatively new so feels fresh and modern and rooms are fully air conditioned.

Stayed here for one night as a family of 3. Excellent location, the designer outlet is right on the doorstep & red car park just a few minutes walk over the road. Check in quick & easy with the self check in machines. Lots of hand sanitizer stations all over the hotel & the place is spotlessly clean.

Room, as requested on a high floor (floor 11) overlooking the stadium, just perfect. Requested more pillows & iron which was provided no problem. Rooms are very warm & the air conditioning was a welcomed relief to keep it cool. Fab nights sleep, very comfortable bed, lovely hot shower what more could you need.

Went for breakfast in the restaurant, Seated & drinks order taken very quickly But forgot to take our food order as due to COVID they bring it to you rather than the normal buffet help your self option. We waited 45 minutes from arriving to our breakfast being served. Very busy breakfast with not enough staff to meet the demand. Best part was due to the government’s eat out to help out scheme it was £8.99 for 3 people to eat... can’t complaint at that!

When checking out we got our parking ticket validated at reception but when we paid in the car park it charged us £24. I queried it with the ticket office and they provided me with an email address to contact for a refund as they claim the machines are not recognising the premier inn discount rate so just be warned. All in all a pleasant stay and would return & recommend to others.

As a light sleeper, it can be difficult to find a quiet hotel, especially in London. However, with no main roads close to it, this property ticks the boxes. I was in Room 912, which faced the stadium. It was about half way along the corridor and was consistently quiet.
The room was in-line with any modern Premier Inn. Booking well in advance, I actually paid £29.50 a night for both Friday and Saturday (10-12 January). I slept perfectly.
I found it easier to walk from Wembley Park underground station, a mere twenty minutes on the Metropolitan Line from Euston Square. About a ten minute walk from the station (down the stairs and under the main road), past the SSE Arena and the Outlet Village.

Stopped here as I was attending a gig at the SSE Arena. A good hotel with nearby subsidised parking. Nice room, good bed. Breakfast reasonable quality and price. Staff very helpfull and polite. Good sized bar area, Close to designer outlet, and right outside Wembley stadium. The only gripe I have was the considerable noise some of the residents were making at 2am, doors banging, shouting etc. Finally got to sleep around 2.30 then the fire alarm went off(I found out in the morning this was because some considerate person decided to smoke a cigarette in their room) None of this was the Hotel staffs fault but I have knocked a star off as it affected my stay and I had a long drive after a poor nights sleep that cost me nearly £90.

Writing this review in my room after a hearty breakfast downstairs. Two night stay with my partner and son for the Carabao Cup Final.
Very impressed from start to finish. Enormous hotel as you would expect with its location ideal for visitors to Wembley. Situated just yards from Wembley Park Station it is a huge 'Nelson Mandela House' style building but with comfort only Rodders' could dream of.
It was good to see the staff so attentive. They all multi task and the person who checks you in could be pulling you a pint the next minute. It was very busy as you would expect but the service never faltered as a result of this.
Self service style English breakfast was excellent if perhaps a little slower on the Monday morning than the Sunday, but staff kept you up to speed and were apologetic for any items not immediately available.
Room was clean and of the standard associated with this chain of hotels.
Beds so comfy and roomy which is great for a fat man like myself!
For the price paid would not hesitate to use again and congratulations to all staff who worked tirelessly to aid all guests.
A lady called Sylvia stood out although I never personally spoke to her I watched her efforts from afar.
Well done!

Absolutely brilliant hotel. The staff couldn’t not have done more for us, they were kind, attentive & thoughtful. Food was excellent, room spotless, location has a very safe, trendy village vibe to it outside the hotel. I travelled alone with my 3 teenage children sharing a family room which was excellent value for money and we included dining to make things simple & economical. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. Room was well planned out with spaces for everyone to access charging plugs, mirrors with lighting & plugs, my bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I have in months. Air con was quiet, so I could leave it on overnight in the hot times and still sleep well. The area outside is quiet at night with no traffic as it’s pedestrianised so sleep quality is perfect. We even slept in past breakfast one day which is unheard of for me! I had felt very anxious about choosing and booking the hotel knowing that if it was bad it could spoil the trip. But I honestly cannot fault the Wembley stadium for any reason. Highly recommended for anyone travelling alone with children. I have been made to feel awful in other places in the UK and abroad. For being a single parent. We have experienced broken beds, degrading treatment from staff towards me as a female…. So I really was anxious. But I need not have worried as our stay here made us feel special, due to the attentive thoughtful gestures of the manager and his staff. Thankyou so much to Giovanni D & all the staff for a wonderful 4 nights. We will return!

There were over 20 of us staying in the hotel for a family wedding. We chose this hotel based on the location. It was excellent location with plenty of things close to the hotel.

Breakfast very good with lots of choice and friendly staff. The bed was very comfy which was welcomed as I had to spend a lot of time in the room being very heavily pregnant. It’s a shame some other guests decided to have late night parties with loud music so it was hard to get to sleep!

We were staying for 5 nights so wanted a little extra comfort therefore we opted for a premier plus room. The extras were appealing to us however on entering the first room, we immediately stepped back out and asked reception for a new room. The smell was disgusting which didn’t fill me with confidence that the room was clean. It was a mixture of the smell of old alcohol from people the night before as well as cigarettes and a foisty smell. The windows do not open which won’t help but it didn’t even smell like it had been cleaned . 4 other people with us had to change rooms due to smell issues. We have stayed at many premier inns over the years and there’s always a clean fresh smell when you first enter the room but it wasn’t the case at this hotel.

Premier plus states there is a fridge with water and treats. There is a fridge but it was empty. The room was no bigger than a standard that has been decorated. We had to ask for rooms to be cleaned which I understand was needed during covid but this should be introduced as standard again, especially with the amount we paid! Even when we requested the room to be cleaned (one day out of the 5 nights) they only changed towels and made the bed.
Room was not clean to the standard we are used to at a premier inn.
We were given complimentary ultimate wifi codes for 3 devices. It worked on one device for the first day then codes for subsequent days said ‘code already used’.
Very disappointed with the premier plus rooms after experiencing others which were far superior. The one positive about the room was the newer bathroom with a shower door instead of a curtain.

We did not feel very safe at night time. After reading various reviews, we thought there would be security on the door but we did not see any throughout our stay. Lots of people around us having arguments and sounding very aggressive.
One night I was kept awake until nearly 5am with people in a nearby room playing extremely loud music . I did not feel safe leaving the room to complain to reception staff and there’s no phone in the room to contact reception. I didn’t bother reporting to reception the following morning as they didn’t seem interested. We asked for an extra pillow and was told it would be brought up. It never appeared.

Location was great and breakfast staff were lovely. If the cleanliness/room smells could be sorted as well as the issues with premier plus rooms then it would be an excellent hotel.

We stayed here in June for one night and found this hotel to be excellent. We paid a small fee to upgrade our room to the Premier Plus when we booked and it was definitely worth it a complete bargain. The hotel is within a max of a ten minute walk to two different tube lines and a overground line depending what you need, we used the hotel as a base and took the short tube trip in to central London. Lots of restaurants, shopping and other facilities nearby as well as a car park (red car park) where you get discounted parking. This hotel shows that you can get a quality hotel, that is spotlessly clean, quiet, provides an excellent nights sleep with decent air con at a bargain price.

Hi, there can be - the website advises that you can get discounted parking but only on non-event days. We went for a concert and the following day there was a football game. Do not pre-book your parking if you stay overnight as it is not an overnight charge. You are better off going with a lost ticket charge of £40 if there is an event on. Another couple had pre-booked and had to pay extra for the following day.
