Great hotel and hosts. Excellent location for visiting the local area. Great breakfast with a "special" every day. Good Covid rules in place. Room was a good size and we enjoyed the settee with a view!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Dawn and Gavin are wonderful hosts, nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced ingredients. The room was so comfortable with a good sized bath and shower. Ideally located to visit different places. Lovely restaurants nearby at the harbour too. Thoroughly recommend.

Just returned from a two night stay at this excellent B &B the breakfast was lovely all local produce. The cleanliness at the B & B was excellent with all the extra cleaning they have to do because of Covid, we could not fault it in anyway. We felt safe and would not hesitate to stay agin and would recommend it to anyone wanting a lovely break away at the lovely harbour of Boscastle. Wendy & John

Gavin & Dawn were both fabulous hosts in their wonderfully situated hotel above the pretty harbour of Boscastle. We stayed in a large room (Trelawny) with the benefit of a large comfy sofa, nice views and large bath. We would highly recommend if you are on the lookout for a great base from which to explore this beautiful part of the world.
