Stayed in a 3 bed Gold Lodge with my wife and Labrador. It was well appointed and beds comfortable. Site is clean and staff friendly. It is dog friendly in as much they are permitted but there is no exercise area. Found a good 2 mile circular quiet road walk around the valley below. Being Cornwall it is steep and hilly so you need to be active for that. When booking we asked for a quiet location but seemed to be on a busy route to reception which unsettled dog at times. For practical reasons didn’t ask to be moved. Our stay was during the September heatwave and lodge got extremely hot on 4 of our 7 days. No aircon. With windows and doors all around it was a constant balance of opening and closing doors and curtains to let heat out, cooler air in. Would suggest staff might check on older or vulnerable guests in such conditions. No welcome pack, just a few bathroom and kitchen basics. Didn’t find a shaver point. Can see that for those who want pool and gym this would be a good option and golf hotel opposite would appeal where dogs allowed outside eg for lunch on hotel front. Have tried to be factual rather than subjective. Overall the week was just ok for us not exceptional.

This caravan park is wonderful if you like a peaceful evening after a busy day exploring. The grounds are kept beautifully and the 2 lodge's we had were absolutely spotless and had everything you needed. One modern looking, one more wooden lodge looking, both stunning in their own way. The site is so peaceful and everyone so friendly. There is no club, so sitting out on your decking on an evening is just so peaceful and relaxing. If you want somewhere quiet, spotless and comfortable I would highly recommend. Caravans are just the same! Stayed in both. We'll done Juliots Well. Looking forward to next year already. P.S. loved the little boxes 📦

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Julliots well, and felt the need to share our experience. When looking for a holiday in Cornwall, it can be quite daunting based on the sheer number of sites offering ‘luxury accommodation’ however, this is exactly what we got. We booked for 2 Lodges, a 3 bed Gold and a 2 bed gold and they certainly did not disappoint. The site itself firstly, is incredibly clean and welcoming and really well laid out. We were shocked to learn that this hadn’t just opened as the whole site was pristine! When we were given our keys, our delight continued. The 3 bed was so spacious, impeccably clean and tidy with everything that we would need to enjoy our time there. All beds were made up when we arrived and they were all very comfortable. They supplied huge soft thick towels as well as robes which was a lovely touch. The decking areas were vast and overall we were absolutely delighted. All the staff who we spoke with were very warm, welcoming and friendly and we are already in talks about returning again in October. Excellent value and will recommend to anyone! Thank you for such a great stay! We will be back…..soon!

We have just returned from staying for a week Juliot’s Well. Our lodge was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location is peaceful and relaxing with lovely countryside views. The only sound we could hear was bird song. The site has fantastic leisure facilities – a lovely indoor pool, steam room, sauna and gym. The staff made us very welcome. They were friendly and extremely helpful. We look forward to returning.

Fabulous clean, quiet accommodation. Our lodge had very comfortable beds, well furnished. Lovely modern swimming pool and sauna. We had friends over for a meal one night and they were envious of the location as they are on a noisy caravan park in Rock.

Excellent place to relax and unwind. The views are fantastic. There is a small indoor pool with Sauna and Steam Room. The site is very clean. Camelford town which is nearby is small but has a nice pub.

Hired 4 lodges purely as accommodation for local family celebration. Really spacious and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. I used the pool and thought it was fabulous. We all wanted to stay longer and would highly recommend. The Lady on reception was especially kind and made us all very welcome.

Stayed here for 4 nights in October half term in a pet friendly lodge. It was amazing, spotlessly clean with zero wiff of dog (pretty impressive) super comfortable seating and beds, 2 fantastic bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, even had a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Lighting around the park is at kerb level so if it isn't cloudy you get a fantastic night view. We informed the park we would be checking in late and they put the heating on to make sure it was warm for our arrival, very thoughtful. A special shout out to Ann, who goes above and beyond and is a true asset to the company.

Site is very well kept, clean and tidy. Not a lot facilities wise but the kids loved the pool and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t come back unless there was more facilities like a bar/restaurant on site.

Our lodge was great, modern, spacious, well-equipped and beautifully furnished. We stayed in a Gold lodge, the master bedroom had an ensuite and there was also a family bathroom. We used the onsite pool which our children loved. It was clean and quiet. There was also a sauna, steam and gym although we didn't make use of these. Anne on reception was super helpful and answered all of our questions. We had an issue locking our lodge but John popped over promptly and sorted this for us - it was user error on our part but he was very helpful! Great customer service all round :) We had a lovely stay, just wish it was longer.
