Location is everything with this site, which needs a bit of tlc. The chalet (b51) itself was lovely, recently modernised but had no storage and the bedrooms are tiny. The staff are always helpful when needed. The site needs more openness’s of dogs!

Property's Favourite Review
We have been staying at Toms for 15 years now ! It never disappoints us , the peace and quiet and lovely properties just get better each year. The site is well maintained and the views are magnificent, even if you don’t choose a sea view property you are never far from a stunning view of estuary or sea in just a short walk. Staff are friendly and helpful , you just can’t go wrong !

Lovely chalet. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was compact but it did not bother us as we intended eating out anyway. Would like to hope we can go again next year. The facilities on site were very good. My son loved the pool and the pool table. The shop was adequately stocked for our needs.

Excellent place to stay and if there is anything lacking Toms will resolve it. We’ve stayed in many different chalets at Riviera Towans and all have been comfortable and if you can get one with a sea view, even better (we’ve had the same one for some time now and the Cornish Coastal path runs by it)

Great accommodation very clean and tidy and modern, home from home everything in the chalet looked and felt new. The bed was very comfortable, the other two bedrooms were of a nice size we would highly recommended F13 to anyone to stay in we would definitely book this accommodation again for another year

First time we had a chalet for a holiday just the two of us and our dog, the chalet had everything we needed the surrounding area was perfect. A good view of the coast, everyone was friendly ,local shop & local pubs serve food of good value, just a short drive into Hayle, park and ride into St Ives using the Train very good service cheaper than driving there and finding somewhere to park, We had a great day out and a variety people from around the UK and more. We have been coming here for the last 5 years and will be back next as we enjoyed Scenery !

We stayed in D04 Hawaiian again but sadly only for a week this year. That said we arrived on Friday 1st September, the start of the one week’s summer we had 😊 The accommodation is great. We have stayed in others on site, but we like this one because of the extra space around it and the elevated position. The site is always quiet and very well kept. Because all the chalets are different and set in the dunes it not like a straight line of caravans that all look the same inside & out. I like that there is no pub or shop on site. This keeps the site quiet, but they are only a short walk if required. Everyone is very helpful if you ever have any small issue. When we left they had workmen on site (cables I think) and even these were happy to be there. We booked again but for two weeks next year before we departed. Thanks again Tom’s, see you next year. …

The accommodation was clean and it had everything you needed. Well decorated and very comfortable. The bedding was clean and crisp. The park was well maintained and the only down side was too many dogs

The chalet was in a perfect location with fantastic sea views. It was clean and comfortable and my dogs loved the outside balcony to wander around. Definitely recommend this place on all levels. Walking distance to the local town for pasties and walks to the beach. Everything was easy.

We’ve stayed here 7 times now in various chalets and I think it would be hard to find such a relaxing place so near the wonderful beach with such good facility’s in the town. It’s easy to travel around from here but if your relaxing just enjoy the beautiful coast a few mins walk away !
