We’d originally planned to visit Three Mile Beach (TBM) in September for four nights this year, but work priorities meant we pushed back our visit, coupled with the husbands birthday and extended to a week in November. Now the weather in Cornwall can be a bit stormy at that time of year, but I honestly felt like it made it more magical. 🌊🌊🌊 Key points: *We stayed in a three bed dog friendly beach house 🐶 *it’s a stone throw from a beautiful dog friendly beach 🏖️ *In November, as it’s ’out of season’ much is closed during the week, but not at weekends 🙌 Why this didn’t matter: *Without a doubt this is the most well equipped self catering accommodation I’ve ever stayed in!! The kitchen has everything to make (or reheat) superb meals 🍽️ *Peaceful and private location, but close (short drive) to a local Lidl, M&S Food and more beaches 🥘 *The sauna and hot-tub on a very private garden are fab (robes included) 🧖♀️ *Local day trips out are great - Penzance, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, Newquay and more locally St Ives are all within an hour 💡 *Great farm shops locally, ‘Cook’ ready meals and pizza on site, also available for JustEat 🌮 *Beautiful interiors and snugs, didn’t stop saying ‘wow’ for the first hour after arriving!! 🎑 We had an amazing stay here, it’s (rightly) pretty pricey in the summer months, but in the winter it’s still stunning. We have recently returned from a three night stay with friends at Three Mile Beach. We stayed in Marrakesh Express which was easily big enough for three couples and one single friend. The house is brilliantly equipped and it is clear that a great deal of thought and consideration has gone into the planning and detail of the properties. We arrived to discover a very generous welcome pack full of delicious and practical local produce together with a bottle of Cornish sparkling wine in the fridge. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need laid out neatly and perfectly. A large and comfortable lounge for relaxing, with a very decent sound system and TV if required. Luckily the weather during our stay was absolutely perfect so no need for the television but no doubt it would be useful for an autumn or winter break. Very well appointed bedrooms with Incredibly comfortable beds and tons of hot water. Staff were charming and relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. We elected to go for "Pizza Night" on the evening of our arrival which was a great success. Our pizza oven and delicious local ingredients together with a generous number of individually wrapped pizza doughs, were delivered by one of the team who gave us very clear instructions. A total success and made for a very relaxed arrival evening. If you don't have the energy or inclination to make your own coffee there is a coffee truck open from 9 am outside the office, a two minute walk from our particular house. The beach is unbelievable in it's beauty, Crystal clear water to bath in every day. There are plenty of great restaurants within easy driving distance and the alternative of a couple of big local supermarkets 10 minutes by car if you just want to stay home and relax. Of course we were spoilt by the incredible weather but you really could not ask for more from this rather fabulous resort. Many thanks indeed.…

This place is spectacular. From watching the sunrise and sunset in the beach to eating authentic street food from the truck it’s got everything right. The house has all you need, effortlessly catering for family groups with a well thought through approach to everything. Open the drawers, and every utensil or pan you could ever need is there. Neatly arranged and spotlessly clean. Beach bags and essentials appear like Easter eggs in a game as you open storage around the house. And it’s all great quality, high end product as you’d expect. Nothing is left to chance. The team are amazing. Anything you need they help with. From walking trips to restaurants to a private chef, they know the best people and places. They greet you with a smile, get to know you and really care. And the surrounding areas are just spectacular. Walk along the beach and see the seals near the lighthouse. Drive (early!) to St Ives and sample the local food. Drive out to one of the many eateries by the sea. We wanted a place to have peace and for me to do some writing. We found it and more. I don’t really know where to start… I rented out 2 beach houses to host a yoga retreat and from booking, the whole team were incredibly helpful with questions which I had for planning the retreat. (Shoutout to Jasmine, Bex and Beth!) The property and beach houses are out of this world. The design is second to none and adds personality and brightness to the place. (It makes everywhere else I’ve stayed seem incredibly boring in the design!). The hot tub and sauna were a welcome addition for the yoga retreat and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay especially in the kitchen. I liked the additional extras of beach towels and bathroom robes. Gwithian Towans Beach is a 5 minute walk and it is stunning. I’ve only been to 2 other beaches in Cornwall and this one was by far the best. I’m not really sure what else to say except I would recommend anyone to stay here. Had an absolutely fabulous week at Three Mile Beach! The 3 bed house is much larger than it looks in the pictures so there was plenty of room for a large extended family. Everything you could want was there, inside and out, and was all top quality and beautifully designed. Immaculately clean, big comfy beds (including big comfy beds for the dogs!) huge sofa and an array of seating outside so you could enjoy the beautiful decking area. The bifold doors throughout the house and sky lights connected you to the outside seemlessly and allowed for a lovely cool breeze to flow through the building. Hot tub and sauna were amazing obviously. We were lucky enough to have a view of the sea too! Staff were lovely from booking to leaving. We had seen the houses in passing when on holiday in the area the previous year and my daughter really wanted a turquoise house. We aksed at the time of booking if we could have a turquoise house, which they said they would TRY to do - and they even managed to do that for us! -An excellent holiday. …

Amazing, amazing, amazing! We stayed at the Harvest Moon Beach House for 4 night with our 2 year old and dog and the place had everything that we needed. It also felt like a really safe space to let them enjoy. Everything provided in the beach house was top quality and both the inside and outside spaces have been thought out perfectly. The staff were all very helpful and the food served at Chomp was perfect after a day of exploring. I would 100% recommend staying here and can't wait to go back.

We’ve been looking for a special place on the side of St Ives Bay for some time - and we’ve found it! Yes it’s a premium price but if you are looking for an amazing location that provides breathtaking scenic walks either on the beach or across the dunes… oh and then come back to an AMAZING property this is the place for you. The quality of furnishings, kitchen equipment , bathroom and bedroom 10/10. And combined with all of that the staff are friendly, helpful and all smiling. Shout out to Jasmine, Jim and Becks who will personally met. We will back in 2024!

Beautifully crafted houses set into the most incredible landscape. Every detail of the accommodation has been thought through to an excellent standard. The three bedroomed house felt spacious, comfortable and cosy for the five of us. Jasmine and the on-site team could not have been more helpful from pre-arrival to the conclusion of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the help with taxis, local knowledge, replacing the kitchen item I broke etc was much appreciated. We ate out during the day and made great use of ‘Chomp’ for evening food - tasty, good value and delivered to your house if required. The location is stunning.
