A fully licenced bar is available for our guests. All rooms are spacious with modern amenities, including small fridges,complimentary beverage tray and Cornish bottled water. Also included are safes, flat screen digital televisions, hairdryers, plus free wifi. An Iron and Ironing board is available for guests use. Bathrobes, slippers, and quality bedding are all part of our service. The bedrooms have spectacular views across the beautiful Cornish countryside and several with distant sea views. Triple rooms and a family unit are available, we also have two ground floor bedrooms if stairs are a difficulty. Our guest lounge is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring, with fabulous views and patio doors that lead onto the BBQ area. A self contained annexe is available that can sleep 4 people max, with a double bedroom, and sofa bed in the lounge area. The annexe has a high quality kitchen and shower room and is very bright and airy. Guests can use all facilities in the main house and garden. Situated on the outskirts of Helston, near the ancient harbor of Porthleven. We are ideally situated for all the main Cornish attractions, beaches, and the beautiful St Michaels mount.
