Really enjoyed staying here with 2 of my friends, Jane and James were very friendly and did all they could to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The whole family is very chatty but Jane and James gave us some brilliant tips on what to do and where to eat on our holiday. Please remember this is...

I stayed here for four nights with two friends and it really was very good. We arrived after 9pm on a Sunday evening and were greeted (even at this late hour) with cheery smiles along with tea and homemade cake. The room we had was clean and tidy and our hosts were very hospitable. The breakfast was an amazing full...

Longstone Farm Bed & Breakfast looks just like the picture but a little untidier. The greeting was as with previous reviews very welcoming and very friendly with tea and cakes on arrival. In fact James and Jane could not do enough to make sure we had everything we wanted even to buying decaff coffee for our breakfast. Both Jane and...

We stayed a long weekend in the Little Menhyr cottage. Since we were planning to arrive after midnight, I emailed the hostess whether this was an issue or not. She replied very friendly and told me she would leave the key in the front door and would leave a light on for us... I guess leaving the key in the...

Although they state rooms are not available until after 4 p.m., I made good time, phoned and was invited to come on up where, on arrival, I was greeted with tea and home-made cakes and shown to my room which was adequate size and in fact, with the annex, contained 3 beds - 2 single and 1 double. Being a...

We were lucky to find a holiday cottage of this quality in the wonderful area of Helston. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and happy to direct us to the best attractions of the area. We had a relaxing holiday in the middle of the East Cornish countryside.

Oh my, where can I start. LOCATION: The hosts claim that the beach is near, we were expecting at the most a half-hour walk, but no, no, no. we started off driving through the narrowest(an even narrower road than in mousehole, if you've been), bushy, quite abandoned, hilly road. My dad thought- "Where the hell are we going?" It was...

Booked into this B+B some months in advance in order to attend a wedding. We stayed there in July 2005. The "farm" itself was down a long, very narrow lane. If you can't reverse a car, you'd be in trouble. The place itself was well appointed but was hardly a "farm". It used to be, but a few ducks and...
