We had a super weeks holiday at Court Farm. It's a really great place to go with young children. Ours are 2 and 5 and they loved the animals, the play area and also the toys by the tennis court. The trampoline was also a hit. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean (and warm if you stuck the heating...

I could not disagree more with Rooney1 who left a damning review earlier this month. Our family stayed in the main Farm House for my birthday weekend at the end of November. There were 10 of us including my wife our children and our 5 grandchildren ages 2 to 12. We had a lovely time, the house was clean and...

We loved our time in Sycamore and Mulberry cottages to celebrate my 30th birthday. The cottages were beautiful and immaculate, fully equipped, catering for all your needs. Sycamore had a wonderful log burner which we took full advantage of, plus a large hot tub with lovely views out to sea. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The games room...

We went here on the basis of previous reviews and the website. Unfortunately they were both misleading. We stayed in Shippen Barn and were not impressed. The carpets were pretty grubby and the whole place felt like it needed a good clean and freshen up. The grout in the bathroom was filthy and there was quite a bit of black...

As you can imagine this is not the type of review we would expect, while we love trip advisor,we do expect guests to at least have a brief chat about any concerns about any cottage ,we always see people off on departure and ask if there is anything wrong with a cottage etc.nothing was raised during the stay.whilst I agree we...

We booked at last minute to go away for half term. Our son loves a pool which he went in daily. As a lovely start there was a bottle of prosecco in the fridge and a pumpkin for our son to carve. On Thursday there was a bonfire hosted by the owner and marshmallow roasting and pins for the adults....

Had a week here in September, and whilst we did thoroughly enjoy our break, this location has good points and bad points. We stayed in Hayloft cottage, which was acceptably clean and is of a rustic feel which wasn't an issue, it's a very nice accommodation. It was a shame we had some teething issues within the 1st hour (key...

The room was clean and to a good standard. A walk along the cliffs to Bude is beautiful and works off a bit of the food too. Great garden, which once the gates are shut is dog proof so you don't have to worry about them being out in the garden. Very private and the cabin is lovely and warm...

We stayed at Court Farm for the October Half Term. We stayed in Sycamore a six-bed house with its own hot tube. Sheer Luxury! The location is superb close enough to the A39 to facilitate the visits to the sights and beaches. We found Kevin and his team very welcoming. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble although we had...

We stayed here in August for our family holiday in 'Mulberry' cottage - grandparents, parents, a 3 year old and a 10 month old. Overall we had a great time here, but there were a few things that just let it down for us. Firstly the good points - the location is fab. Right next to lovely Bude, with other...
