Lovely park, very clean and well maintained. We stayed for 7 days in an older caravan with two dogs. All was fine except mattress very soft but that is personal opinion. Loved walking down the woods to the beach, did this everyday. Ideally situated between Newquay and Padstow. Only thing that spoilt it was the people in the caravan in front decided to ‘party’ until 3:30 am on their first night so no sleep for us! We did mention this to the staff but were leaving the next night anyway. Would love to stay here again. Mawgan Porth is stunning.

Property's Favourite Review
Just returned home from an absolutely amazing 11 night holiday everything was just perfect. We had a stroll through the woods to the beach everyday with the dogs and did plenty of coastal walks and finished the day with a gin and tonic in the Merrymore. We have already booked for September 2024 and can't wait to return. The reception team were all so helpful and were so friendly. When we returned home I realised I had left my mobile phone in the caravan but Sunhaven made sure it was was delivered back to me nothing was to much trouble for them. I would recommend this site to anyone . See you next year already counting the days till we are back.

I booked my birthday weekend at Sun haven holiday park, we had a warm welcome and a nice welcome goody bag for the dog who loved the tennis ball!! A lovely clean site well spaced and quiet. A perfectvweekend made even better as we won the Hamper in the Raffle!! So an extra special birthday for me... caravan bed was really comfortable slept like a baby!!

Lovely place and friendly staff. Great area to visit so many places not faraway. Went to St Ives via the scenic rail at St Erth station, Truro to see the Gaia Globe and Perranporth beach. Good walk to St Mawgan village as well. Nice walk to Mawgan Porth beach via the woods. Caravan has everything you need.

The staff in the reception were very welcoming if you want peace to relax I would recommend sun haven the property we stayed in was really welcoming down to the milk in the fridge the information folder that told you all you needed to know about the area and a very peaceful 15 - 20 min walk to the beach we will be returning thank you for a wonderful stay

We visited Sun Haven Holiday Park in August as a group of couples for a long weekend and we had the most amazing stay at Sun Haven! We stayed in a 3 bed lodge and it was beautiful. Considering there was 6 of us the lodge was very spacious. We loved the walk down to Mawgan Porth beach and went for dinner in the Merrymoor Inn which was lovely. As well as being able to walk into Mawgn Porth from the park it was also only a short drive from Newquay and Padstow. I'll definitely be returning with my partner and have recommended the park to many of my friends - an absolute gem in Cornwall.

Very clean and relaxing peaceful time. Would recommend to anyone that would like a relaxing time. Without lots of noise. The walk from park to beach from woods wasn’t far. Just didn’t enjoy walking back when dark as no torch.

Cannot fault at all, staff, holiday home out of this world. Unbelievable. Very quiet, just what we needed. Holiday home was very clean spotless. Only thing I would suggest is a warning about the one track road getting to the site it has passing places, but meeting a double decker bus coming towards is no mean feat, and makes the heart beat quicker. Other than that we would definitely go again and recommend to people.

We were looking for a short break to take advantage of the recent spell of warm weather when we discovered Sun Haven. It fitted the bill perfectly, quiet and peaceful with lovely clean and modern caravans/lodges. Mawgan Porth itself is a 20 minute walk through mainly woodland with everything there you would need. The site itself has catering vans providing hand made wood fired pizza etc which call some evenings during the week. The staff were all exceedingly helpful and more importantly, pleasant to talk to! Yep, all in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Sun Haven to all.

This year was our third stay with Sun Haven, Mawgan Porth. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are amazing, the lodges are so clean and the walk to the beach is to die for ( 10-15 mins). On site there is a brilliant little shop with everything you need. Mawgan Porth beach and tiny town is absolutely buzzing with that beach vibe feel.. Lots of gorgeous food vans and resteraunts too.. You will not be disappointed.
