I agree, never heard of the villas. The hobbit houses are cosy and reasonably comfortable. A lot better than camping :). I don't agree with paul n, I think the staff were friendly and it all seemed clean enough.

There is a double bed and a single. As there was four of us there was a camp bed which I imagine can be taken out if not required. They also provide bedding now, contrary to the website, but do take your own towels.
