Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Just returned after a fantastic stay in ‘Kelyow Lodge’ which is tucked away in a lovely private and quiet spot on the park. Lots of lovely welcome goodies . . .wine, chocolate, milk, biscuits and a beautiful vase of flowers. The lodge was super comfortable and clean, and everything provided was very good quality. (the only thing not provided was a hairdryer, so remember to take your own) The garden area was a real bonus for our little dog, the decking was massive - the whole length of the lodge and both bedrooms opened out onto it. The hot tub was fabulous, we used it every single night after we got back from our days out exploring. This site is so well positioned for getting out and about. We had a brilliant week, and didn’t want to leave, would love to come back.

Booked this park for a week as a base to tour the lower reaches of Cornwall. Our arrival was greeted by Nathan who gave us the insights to the Park and the cabin in which we stayed, a great Cornwall name"Lowena" Spotlessly clean and well appointed in the form of furniture, decor and accessories, it was "home from home" and settling in was easy. Nice arrivals package as well, a bottle of wine, milk along with tea coffee and biscuits and to top it all a colorful bunch of flowers. The Park is quiet and well laid out. Our cabin/lodge was private with hot tub and ample car parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was with an element of reluctance that we said goodbye, as we headed for home. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

This is the second time I’ve been on this site The place is very well maintained grass and hedges nicely trimmed The park is quite regimental with hardstandings taking most of it,but that’s the way places like this are From arrival the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, I was shown my pitch and was asked if I wanted one closer to the water/disposal point I was happy with my pitch as it was the last/first of the row and I had lots of room and also nobody the other side either The site is quiet just a few locals making noise sometimes but rarely I offered to move my car for the grass mowing and they said yes please, then said shall it do it for you, he obviously saw how bad my knees were During the mowing I was going to take my rubbish bag to the bins but grass mower man told his help to do it for me If you read this Mr Owner the man’s a good advert for your site along with the rest of the staff who clearly respect your customers Thank you for my stay it went too quick so I’ll have to come back

Lovely site for families and couples. We travelled with older children but there were plenty of younger families camping and in caravans and motorhomes. Clean showers and toilets and a nicely kept site. We would return. Camper van with awning with electric hook up.

Just stayed at the St Day tourist park over the bank holiday and I have to say what a lovely campsite it is. The site is in a really great location with all the best places to visit nearby including St Ives, Perranporth, Falmouth and Lots more. The owners and the staff on the site are very friendly and really make feel very welcome. The site and the grounds are kept very clean and tidy. The toilets and showers were kept spotless and the cleaners were always very helpful friendly and polite. To say what a busy weekend it was everything was kept lovely and clean So thank you to all who made our stay great.

We rented the Brockenhurst mobile home for our stay. We normally stay in hotels so were sceptical about staying in a mobile home, but it was very spacious and comfortable and above all extremely clean. The bedding was very good quality and the beds very comfortable. We had a very well equipped kitchen, with gas oven and grill and excellent microwave, although we did eat out most of the time, but having these facilities came in handy. Lovely shower with constant hot water and central heating. Lounge area very comfortable with gas fire, television and CD player, WiFi is also included (and it works) The outside decking area was very nice although we didn’t use it during our stay as the weather wasn’t that good. The owners are very friendly and it’s a lovely quiet site. We visited lots of places and found everywhere easily accessible as St Day is very central. Will definitely be coming back here

The best thing about this camp site was the location as it’s near many attractions and beaches, it’s a good size camp site but it was very cramped the pitches are very close together, Everything was very run down, There is a small park but the swing was broken most of the time we where there, Toilets where filthy and barely ever cleaned and when they where they definitely wasn’t cleaned to the standard expected especially with COVID 19, showers where mouldy bins in the tollets rarely emptied and the mop was left in stale stinking water inside the ladies for the duration of our stay and the men’s toilets stank, We also seen a lot of rats especially around the bins but in hedges around the pitches also There was no COVID restrictions at all, and everything needed updating and most definitely cleaning, I would not recommend this site at all and will not be returning

Visited as a family party of 7 including a 12 year old. From the start the whole week was amazing. Even the rain didn't stop us having fun. Five of us stayed in Pinehurst Loge which is beautiful. So new, big and extremely comfortable. Also had a super lodge next door for the inlaws which was also very nice and comfortable. Extremy warm welcome from the owners. Hot tub is amazing especially at night! Site is very quiet but located close to local shop and pub and no more than 20 minutes from numerous beaches and pubs/restaurants. We are alread looking to book for next year. I love this site and recommend it highly.
