Stayed here for two weeks, the friendly feel of the place and the fantastic service is immense. I had to leave very early one morning circa 05:30 and was prepared to miss breakfast, however Jess got up early and made a bacon and egg sandwich. Truly fantastic customer service. 👌

We stayed at this B&B for 5 nights. It is centrally located, so easy to get to different places in Cornwall. The room was fully equipped and everything worked, including a guest fridge. The breakfasts were wonderful and I had a different one every day! Jess was friendly, helpful and it was a pleasure staying with her.

Jess the owner is fantastic, her breakfasts are brilliant and literally nothing is too much trouble for her, she is one of the best B&B Owners I have ever met. The Rooms are great, with Coffee & Tea, fantastic Bathroom, a guest lounge and much more. Really recommend staying with Jess at Loscombe House, The little details like the welcome book, great breakfast menu selection, and fantastic service set it apart.

What a fantastic B and B. I was travelling for work and stayed here for 4 nights (originally I had only booked 3 nights but adding an extra one on was no problem at all). Loscombe House was like a home away from home. On arrival I was greeted by Jess and shown to my room etc. The room was fabulous, not what you would expect for a typical "B and B". There was a big comfy bed, an en-suite and lots of tea/coffee etc. There was also a TV with DVD player (and lots of DVD's in the draw which was a nice touch). Breakfast was served and cooked fresh every morning. It was absolutely delicious with all fresh ingredients, and served with a huge smile. Nothing was too much trouble for Jess! Staying here was wonderful as it was such a welcoming, homely and relaxing environment. If I visit the area again I will definitely be booking to stay here. Also lots of space for parking and Wi-Fi was great too! Thanks for a wonderful 4 days :)

We booked in at the last minute at this lovely house in a nice quite village called Four Lanes. Jessica the owner could not do enough to make my family and I welcome. The room's we had although small suited our needs. The breakfast's Jessica cooked could not have been bettered in a 5 star hotel. You are 10 minutes away from the town of Redruth. Beaches on the north coast and south coast of Cornwall are only 30 minutes away. There are also plenty of country walks near by. There is plenty of room for parking. Wi fi also available. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

We were given a very friendly greeting by Jessica, who now runs the B&B, who couldn't do enough to make sure we were settled and happy with our room outside. The room was well equipped, en suite, TV, kettle with tea & coffee, microwave, crockery, cutlery and a fridge! The breakfast was superb. A great range of cereals and preserves and a very well portioned full English. No lunch for me that day! The Peacock that roams the gardens gave us a full display when I pointed the camera at him. The Sat Nav tells you that you reached your destination approximately 50 yards too soon so drive down the lane a little further and it's there on the left. Easy parking for guests and a delight to stay in. We will definitely stay again next time we visit my brother. I would certainly recommend anyone to stay here.

Lovely B&B surrounded by beautiful countryside. My room had a lovely view, the room had a kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits, tv and en suite. Jessica who runs the b&b was very welcoming and polite. Breakfast choice was nice we had the half English breakfast which was cooked really well and a nice portion there was choice of cereal to have as well. Car parking for the guests too. Payments of card and cash can be taken to. I will be staying here again thank you

I booked here at very short notice and was delighted with the helpful response when I rang. The lovely house is clean and the room well kitted out with comfy bed, kettle,water,tea/coffee and biscuits. I had an excellent night's sleep and enjoyed the full English breakfast. Bedroom does not have en suite, but at £37 for the night and a nice shared bathroom this was super value at peak holiday time.
