Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed in The Hut for a couple of nights for a wedding in the area, but wish we could have stayed longer. Very peaceful location with friendly cat while I was sat outside with a cup of tea & book in the morning. Local area very nice, good food options within a short drive, and lovely walk past some old mine chimneys nearby. Kris & Kaana were both very friendly & welcoming.

We would highly recommend Treguth Glamping as the perfect little getaway if you are planning a trip to Cornwall. Treguth offers 3 glamping shacks, all with their own themed decor and character. We opted for the "Dreckly" shack, as this came with an added bonus of its own loo! (although the other guest loo & shower is also very close to the other shacks). The bed was super comfy and the mini kitchen setup was great for making a full english breakfast in the morning. They have a small honesty shop with all the essentials you might need (just pay for what you use). You also have the company of George & Wilma the goats, along with the host of other animals, who are all super friendly and roam around freely. The field is only a 10 minute walk to nearest village and a 15 minute drive to Porthtowan. Kris and Kaana are fantastic hosts, who have great knowledge of the area and will make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. We will definitely return in the future to try out one of the other shacks.

Kaana and Kris are the friendliest hosts. The goats, sheep and dogs welcoming us is a lovely bonus. The hut is so cosy, especially when Kris had lit our fire. All amenities are here to keep us self sufficient. We were recommended to go to chapelporth which was beautiful. We had a lovely meal at The Miners Arms. Our stay was so restful and relaxing. Looking forward to coming back and exploring more.

Booked to stay at Treguth Glamping in March 2022 and certainly lived up to expectations. Kris and Kaana are great hosts, along with the various furry, wooly and feathery hosts too! My favourite being Chunk! The accommodation is clean, fun, quirky and in a great location to go exploring or just to chill out! The shower is a very short walk across some grass, but wasn’t an issue. Can definitely recommend and will be back 😀 Thank you and 5 stars from us

Stayed here with my wife and couldn't fault it. Had a relaxed vibe and Kris & Kaana were perfect hosts. The super friendly animals free-range during the day and were very entertaining which took our minds off our usual hectic lives and was so nice not to have WiFi so we switched off and recharged our battery's. We will definitely be back!
