Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Sue & Neil were the perfect hosts for our short break in Cornwall. Nice room, breakfast, situation, garden. Faultless. Even laid the table so we could have the fish and chips we brought back one evening. No hesitation at all in recommending Kimberley.

We were delighted with our wonderful 5 night stay at Kimberely with hosts Sue and Neil. The room was large, comfortable and clean with daily fresh towels. The breakfasts were delicious, made to order and very filling. They provided us with good walking tips. Kimberely is a short walk into either St. Agnes and to Trevaunance Cove which both offer good restaurants and pubs for meals. As well as for walking the South West Coast Path.

We have just stayed with Sue and Neil for 7 nights…..and have had a lovely stay. The room was great, plenty of space including a spacious wardrobe. Superb bathroom with a shower you just don’t want to get out of! Fresh towels every day was much appreciated as was the always topped up tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was well made, thanks Neil….and there was plenty of choice too. The location in St. Agnes is perfect…..very quiet, just a short 5 minute walk into town. Needless to say, we have already booked two weeks next year.

We spent 5 nights here when visiting the area, I know St Agnes quite well and wanted to share my enthusiasm for the place with a friend visiting from Australia. Kimberly is in an ideal location with easy access to the village and the extensive network of footpaths. There's ample private parking right outside which is a big bonus. The house is beautifully decorated with a lovely garden and the quality and choice for breakfast was excellent. Sue and Neil are lovely welcoming hosts happy to share their local knowledge and to lend useful maps.

We stayed 5 nights at the Kimberley bed and breakfast in a double en suite room . The room was spacious, spotlessly clean with everything you need , including tea coffee and biscuits replenished daily . The bed was the most comfortable we have stayed in and we both had an excellent nights sleep . The location is perfect , walks from the door and just a 15 min stroll into st Agnes. Breakfast was delicious, quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The hosts Neil and Sue could not have been more helpful , they are a mine iof information and nothing was too much trouble. The pretty garden was lovely to sit in after a long walk . Can’t recommend highly enough and we are already booked for next year. Looking forward to seeing Sue and Neil again and exploring the beautiful coastline nearby .

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Neil, we had a delightful stay at The Kimberley! We rented the studio apartment for a week while we did a walking tour of Cornwall with Martin Hunt of Adventureline Tours. The studio was spacious, neat, and clean with every amenity one could want. Neil and Sue provided an excellent breakfast - in their spacious and well-appointed dining area. The B&B is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is in an ideal location in St. Agnes. We were able to easily walk into the village for dinner each evening, and down to the cove. We very much appreciated our congenial hosts and their lovely accommodations!

We have been staying at Kimberely now for many years Neil and Sue have become very dear friends to us, we have stayed in every room within their home and have had an amazing visit each time, so when we went through the reviews and read the terrible review I have to say I was horrified at what was written, these people clearly have no idea about Neil Sue and Kimberely it’s self. I just feel that the concerns they raised are completely incorrect as we stay here about 3/4 times a year every year and have had none of these issues, Neil and Sue are more than welcoming warm friendly and very kind and helpful to everyone, we have stayed in the room the couple were complaining about and it’s nothing as described, our rooms have always been immaculate warm and the towels dry by the next morning without Sue having to dry them for you, I don’t understand why people feel the need to be so cruel when there is no need to be Thank you Neil and Sue for being both amazing and friendly We would definitely recommend Kimberely to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay!

Thank you so much for a delightful stay with you. We loved every minute and felt thoroughly spoilt. Food was delicious and always set us up for the day. We both loved our room and the garden with all its hooks and crannies. We shall return - best B&B we've ever stayed in. Thank you again for an AMAZING stay!

We state two nights in the studio after hiking the Cornwall coastal path. Sue was a friendly and attentive hosts, text and emailing to make sure someone was there when we arrived. The studio is basically a spacious apartment with all the amenities - kitchen, bathroom, sitting area etc. Breakfast was well-prepared and hearty.
