This was my fourth stay at Karmary and my only regret is that it will have to be the last, as Bill and Sue are going into well-earned retirement in September and not taking any bookings beyond then. But if you can get in before then, do. They are the most kind and welcoming

A beautiful guest house to stay in. Bill and Sue are excellant hosts, nothing was too much for them. We stayed in the four poster bedroom with balcony. Beautiful views. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I stayed here for one night and it was perfect. I stayed in the single room, which was more spacious then most singles and had two heaters (perfect for cold winter days). The breakfast choice was great and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here at the last minute to avoid travelling whilst ex hurricane ophelia hit. Very friendly, helpful hosts, spotlessly clean and cosy room, close to St Austell bus and railway station and a fantastic, tasty breakfast in the morning
