This was our second stay at Gwynn Avon Nans during our Christmas visit to relations in the St Austell area. Pauline was so welcoming and made us feel like old friends. The weather during our stay was terrible and our return home was delayed but Pauline let us stay on for an extra night with very little prior warning. The...

We were made to feel very welcome even before our stay - the keys could have been made available for a late arrival. This is a small guest house big on hospitality and we had the double room which was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee and TV in the room. The shower en-suite was new and, like the rest of...

This Bed & Breakfast is equal to any five star hotel that I have stayed at anywhere in the world. The food was brilliant, service was fantastic and cleanliness was immaculate. I would recommend this B & B to anyone wishing to stay in St Austell. This is also a convenient location to the Eden project.
