We stayed here during the school holidays and from the courtesy phone call before we arrived up till the moment we left I've never been made to feel as welcome as we did here. Our classic caravan was immaculate I've stayed in various parks in Cornwall and fully expected it to be a bit rough around the edges. But I literally couldn't find a scrap of dust or dirt. Beautifully presented. The kitchen was really well equipped loved the fact it had a dishwasher. They left welcome packs for our dogs, a kitchen bundle of washing up liquid and sponges and tea towels. Some tea and coffee and cookies and finally some chocolates in each bedroom on the towels (which where soft and fluffy). The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and location is maybe 5 minutes from Looe. Would definitely stay again and 100% recommend

From the moment we arrived at reception everything was spot on, the staff were very friendly and informative, made it very easy to find our accommodation! When we got there, everything was spotless, plenty of towels and spare bedding, complimentary items, cookware and utility items.

This is a family oriented place, there are plenty of activities on offer, we didn’t take up on any of those as we spent all our time in looe so can’t comment on those, but there are lakes, woods and a football area which are very pretty, well maintained and free to roam at leisure, also for dog owners, there are plenty of spaces for walks in the immediate area too! The entire place is extremely well looked after, and the views are exquisite, especially down the valley which has view of forest giving way to the sea!

I would recommend bringing some provisions food and shower wise as the site shop while not extortionate and pretty well stocked is probably a bit more expensive and has less options than a supermarket trip before you come. I would also say we don’t drive, so for others that don’t, getting to and from Tregoad via bus is roughly 2 pound per person per ride, the bus is pretty often however and does come into the site to stop.

All in all, I highly recommend this place!

Our 2nd visit to this great site, we stayed in one of the cottages last year but couldn't get one this time so we had a caravan on the newest section at Samphire. Nice and clean with plenty of room and an on suite bathroom, we've stayed in caravans in the past but always felt cold in them, not this one though didn't need the heating on at all despite some chilly nights. Grounds are immaculate and nicely layed out, just the right size making it a relaxing break. Ate in Stargazys quite a few times and personally found it good value for quality food, the only slight grumble was deciding to go for breakfast before our drive home, the order had to be changed 3 times as they had ran out of things and it was slightly cold. It also took over half an hour to arrive despite hardly anyone in their, i think there was only 2 staff on and put the lack of offerings being down to the end of season. Can't knock it down from 5 stars though as on the whole it's such an nice site and will be improved next year with new swimming pool. We'll be back next year 👍

Visited this park as a part of my wife's 50th birthday months 😂🤣😅
Upon arrival, the park is set in beautiful rolling countryside with views of the sea. The park is kept to a superb standard, clean and very well manicured by the ground staff.
We were met at reception by 3 fabulous members of staff, full of smiles and exceptionally polite.
We did arrive a tad early, so our lodge wasn't quite ready, we stayed in a Signature 2 bed dog friendly lodge, so we popped into the Stargazy pub/restaurant for a light bite to eat and a drink. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and the prices were no different from eating in any local pub. Again the staff at the pub were exemplary.
Our lodge, even though dog friendly, was fabulous, really clean, and suited our needs to a tee, even an air conditioning unit in the bedroom. The lodge had everything we required for a short break, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, etc.
Outside on the decking, there was a table and 4 chairs along with our hot tub, which was ready to use later in the evening, which was perfect. We used this every day, with the weather being very kind to us and with the day light still being available til 11pm.
Going back to the Stargazy pub, there is a small park for children and at the side a dog wash area, which we took advantage of with our pooch, after runs on the beaches.
This is a new park in most places and is very, very quiet, which we loved (please don't that change).
Thank you again to all he staff for making g our little break, a lovely one. Also, thanks to Tobi on reception for sorting out a little surprise for my wife when we arrived.
We will definitely be returning with our friends to stay here in this wonderful park.

Hidden gem. 5mins drive from Looe. Clean, well maintained, modern, friendly site. Home from home. Morrisons is a 13min drive away. Seaton beach is 10min drive. Laundry onsite is £4 contactless takes only 27mins on 40 degree cycle. Small shop selling eggs, bread, bacon and pasties even (cheese and onion). Stayed in a 2 bed cottage, spotlessly clean, so welcoming felt at home straight away. Great non stick frying pans for that all important fry up. Small lovely swimming pool. Lovely onsite visit free from Screetch Owl Sanctuary. Modern bar. Lovely place. Swimming pool attendant very friendly and reception staff.

Our accommodation and the park itself was absolutely immaculate. Set it such pretty tranquil grounds we had a gorgeous view. The Stargazy restaurant was brilliant, really good food great service and a good price we really enjoyed eating there. The play park for children was a great size and my children loved it. It was also a perfect location with nearby seating so you could sit and enjoy the view while also keeping an eye on your children playing. The outdoor fire pits were a brilliant feature, it was so lovely to sit and watch the stars at the end of an evening. Lovely beaches and so many things to do close by made it the perfect family break.

Booked a small family 21st birthday meal for my daughter.

When we arrived the stargazy team had decorated our table with a 21st birthday banner, little balloons and party table dec's along with a welcome birthday drink for the birthday girl.

The meals from starters, mains and desserts were generous in portions and good value for money. We were not disappointed!

The bar area is ideal for all weathers too as there is outdoors as well as sheltered and indoor space.

The whole site has a lovely clean and fresh feel for visitors with a valley scene on arrival looking out to sea.

Thank you for making our evening a relaxing, family experience and will most certainly be returning in the future as non residents are welcome.

The best dog friendly site we have stayed at to date. From arriving to find a Doggy welcome pack with treats , poo bags and information with dog friendly restaurants and beaches in the area.

I thought it was a good touch to have a hygiene pack on arrival including tea towel , sponge , cloth , mini washing up liquid and even dishwasher tabs.

A tea, coffee, hot chocolate , milk and even some biscuits.

Mini toiletries in the bathrooms and even mini chocolates in the bedrooms.

The accommodation was very clean and well equipped with iron , ironing board and hairdryer.

Our dog really enjoyed the agility course and to be able to run around in a gated area was fab.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was lovely , It was lovely to have some homemade food. Compliments to the chef

The park was easy to find and check in was really straight forward with pleasant and friendly staff to assist. The park is really well maintained and peaceful which was exactly what I wanted!
I stayed in a Signature lodge with 2 dogs, Hannafore Heights side of the park and the lodge had absolutely everything I needed for a great stay. The views from the decking were fantastic and I enjoyed lounging on the outdoor furniture which benefited from the afternoon sunshine - blessed with this every day last week!!
The beds, sofa's were really comfy and I appreciated the tabs provided for use of the dishwasher.
My dogs enjoyed the play area and woofed the little treats provided - lovely touch.
Located in a good spot for Looe, Polperro etc and only 1 hr to Newquay. Whitsand Bay (Tregantle) is approx 20 mins drive (with NO scary single lane roads to navigate!) and the walk down to the beach certainly gives your heart a work out! Lovely quiet beach though if MOD not firing - need to check website.
I called security 1 evening as heat alarm was beeping constantly - he attended and was really understanding - it stopped as he attended (sods law!) I used fan with oven after this and no further issues!!! But 10/10 response - bless.
All in all a perfect break in a fantastic spotless setting.
Sorry did not check out the restaurant/bar it was far too hot to move away from the beautiful decking.
Staff wonderful and offered biscuits for onward journey when checking out which I thought was lovely.
