I recently staying in one of the glamping pods and it was amazing !!! The place was modern, clean and just a lovely place to stay. The wood burning stove was a great additional and the place had central heating as well. Lovely surroundings and not packing in like other places. Highly recommend this place and with lovely owners it's so much better than larger commercial sites. Little touches like fresh bread, milk and cookies speak volumes about how some places are head and shoulder above others. Literally can not fault this place.

We arrived last week at the campsite and we were very happy with our enclosed electric pitch and seeing friendly faces from the owners upon arrival. The facilities are second to none. The toilets were always spotless, as were the showers. They do have a family shower room too but it was under maintenance at the time but it didn't affect our stay. The sink basins were clean and always had soap to use for hand washing. Pitches were well looked after with lovely shurbs and plants which the children enjoyed exploring. Other campers were lovely and we made life long friends at this site. The owners were absolutely amazing. We had a family emergancy where our son was very sick in hospital. The owners went above and beyond for our care and allowed us to extend our stay. They then provided more comfortable accommodation to prevent our other 2 children from getting sick as the weather was poor! We appriciated everything that was done for us as we were 250 miles away from home. They even allowed the in-laws to come to support us too. There is also freezers, hair dryers, washing machine/tumble dryer, on site shop, WIFI (which the connection was great), indoor and outdoor washing stations for all to use. Everything you need is there. The site is central to many lovely Cornwall sites and 10 minutes to the nearest Tesco. I have not a single bad thing to say about the site, facilities and the family running it. We will plan to return next year with the friends we made. We look forward to seeing the owners again. Thank you for all of your kindness and hospitality.

It's the little things that set places apart. This was my second visit and things have moved on a few years in a really good way. A fantastic campsite with nothing I could fault. However I had to leave a day early as my mom had a fall. In my inbox this am was an invite to use the night I lost at another time! Thanks guys. Ill see you again!

Lovely campsite, clean shower and toilets, laundry room for drying clothes. Firepots allowed. Lovely view of the sea from the campsite and only a 30 min walk to the coast path and 10 min to local pub. Friendly and amenable owners. Would recommend for camping.

We loved our stay at the bell tent - we had absolutely everything we needed and so much space! Really appreciated the extra touches such as blankets, BBQ, fire pit and hairdryer station! Kate and Lee are very friendly and welcoming and really went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay for us. The campsite is extremely well maintained and clean, and in a great location to explore Cornwall. We would highly recommend if you’re looking for all of the above and very peaceful evenings!

Spent a week here with friends. What an amazing campsite. In the most beautiful setting, surrounded by fields. So peaceful and quiet, very relaxing and very welcoming. The pitches are huge, plenty of space for your car, tent and all the extras needed for camping. The facilities are plentiful and immaculately clean. There is nothing to fault this site on, thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back again for sure.

Stayed for 4(left early because of the weather) in the Shepherds Hut on site. It is a lovely and spacious place to stay with everything you need. And because it has its own wet room(hidden away) you don’t have the trek to the toilet block. The campsite is quiet and the owners are friendly upon arrival(remembered us from two years ago). It’s is also perfectly located to get out in several directions. Welcome food parcel on arrival is a nice touch. Will be coming back some time in the future.

We stayed for a week in August with the site at 50% capacity which allowed us to be socially distanced without queues for the loo! Lots of thoughtful adaptations made to keep people safe. Generally flat pitches. Hot water on tap for showering and washing up. Little areas of meadow left unmowed and a variety of trees and shrubs gave the site a delightful feel. We were able to have a camp fire some nights and everyone seemed to be quiet after about 10pm. Very relaxing place to stay. Weather dreadful!
