I booked 2 nights budget accommodation in august for an event in Adaminaby in November. My booking was confirmed and then in late October I received an email advising that the room rate had doubled. I contacted the resort and was advised by the manager that I would need to speak to the owner who was not available for 2... More

The rooms are average and some do need updating. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are extremely pleasant and willing to help you in any way they can. Great areas to sit outside and have a drink. The buffet we had was really nice and a lot of food was available. Can walk to the Bowling Club for dinner... More

The owners of this hotel deserve a huge thank you. I stayed there and the hotel itself was comfortable and clean and welcoming. More importantly though I lost my wallet. When I arrived home it was in the mail. They had found it and sent it to me with everything in tact. That is good old fashioned hospitality and honesty... More

Prior to making reservations management were contacted in regard to availability of a room with wheelchair access and disabled facilities which they confirmed they had and was available. Reservation made. Unfortunately we found no such room exists. Their idea of disabled facilities was ill fitting portable commode frame placed over the toilet. Obviously no consideration was given to being able... More

We stayed here in July at the beginning of the snow season. I'm not sure the owners were prepared. We were upgraded, mmm, not sure we were. The room was really cold even with the heating on so we asked for extra heaters in the kids area of the room. We made sure we booked for breakfast as they said... More

I came to this place for the first time to be nearer Mount Selwyn which is about 30 mins ride away and it was the best decision I ever made. We stayed in the 5 room lodge. The rooms are clean and spacious. I was surprised to see 2 TV rooms. The restaurant is also great! They have real logs... More

The 5 bedroom Lodge we stayed in is not only humungous, but clean and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and the main room is relaxing and cozy. The bar is the best place to hang out! Everyone gets a VIP treatment from the owners :) As we go to a snow holiday every year, we will surely come back... More

This is our 4th trip to the Resort. It provides exactly what is advertised, a clean, comfortable place to stay close to Selwyn Snowfields. I would recommend updating the Games room as it is a good money spinner for them but the games are old and some don't work. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
