Small tired Motel room, barely clean,Poorly furnished. Immediate outdoor area unswept and cluttered with old cars. Interior of main house dishevelled and ouderous. Owner friendly but appears disinterested in standard of appearance. Whole establishment in need of TCL and professional management. Poor value.

Will the owners please remove this restaurant from the Adelong list until it re-opens, the village is dependent on visitors and it is annoying to research a closed restaurant, especially when there is a really good chef at the Middle Pub and the Royal Adelong 'Top' pub up the road which has child friendly play equipment behind the outside dining...

Beaufort guesthouse has been sold and is not currently operating at all. The cafe / restaurant has also closed for business. The new owners are preparing to reopen it in the near future, but at this stage no accomodation at all. It is a pity because the old business was very popular

This place was an absolute treat. Cynthia was so welcoming and friendly in this enchanting hotel that belongs in a museum. Enough modern things to make life comfortable but fitted out with old furniture and fittings which we loved. Room was cozy and plenty of heaters around to keep warm. Breakfast was nice and simple. We would've stayed here for...

We were looking forward to staying in what was advertised as luxury accommodation, but in contrast we were shown to a small room, no en-suite, no in room TV or fridge. We had to argue with Cynthia to give us the bottle of wine with dinner to which we were entitled to according to our voucher, then she bought us...

My partner and I came here a couple of Christmases ago and didn't want to leave! Cynthia was incredibly warm and accommodating and the food was amazing! So fresh and delicious, the Austrian platter for two was fantastic! Make sure you visit!!!

We stayed here for one night en route to Sydney from Melbourne. The hotel itself is lovely, if you don't mind sharing a bathroom and toilet. Only one room has ensuite but we didn't want to lay that much for a sleep over. The rooms are styled in a Victorian era, as is the rest of the hotel, we loved...

I bought a 2 night stay for my parents who unfortunately came away a little disappointed. The rooms were very tiny and there was no real visible evidence of the Paris themed room. The noise of the trucks going past all night prevented them from having a good night sleep. There was no air-conditioning in the room and they also...

Dear Rebecca, thank you for your taking the time to post your review, and the opportunity of reply. It is most unfortunate that you parents did not enjoy their stay with us last Monday & Tuesday night. Beaufort House is a historic building, in its’ original format, therefore does not have air conditioning and ensuite, hence it is a true...

We spent a night at the motel section of Beaufort House two years ago and so enjoyed our stay that we planned two nights there on this trip. The greeting was as friendly as before and nothing was too much trouble service wise. The pizza was delectable and accommodating our vegan requirement was no trouble. We enjoyed a five Km...

Beaufort House has an amazing restaurant with delicious food. The décor is interesting and adds to the ambience of this beautiful old building. The menu features some Viennese dishes and we shared the Salt and Pepper Squid, Fresh Trout Pate and Garlic Butter Prawns. All were well cooked and tasty! We also shared a piece of the Raspberry and White...
