We were referred to Links House by the owner of a quaint little bookstore in Bowral, and being the end of the day travelling down from Queensland my husband and I were looking for a good feed and restful sleep.. What came next was an experience and service that surpassed all expectations. Arriving without a booking, nothing was too much...

Hot Dirty and dingy. Gardens are pleasant, but property way over priced for what you get. Needs a major renovation, no amount of complimentary port can hide its major faults. Breakfast was a disappointment, we could hear the staff gossiping in the kitchen. And staff smoking in full view of rooms is not a good look.

Had a great stay here. Received a friendly welcome on arrival, was given a glass of port and was shown where everything was before being taken to my room. Room was a decent size, bathroom was quite small and would only be able to fit one person at a time, with no sink space. There is also no air con...

My wife booked a weekend away in Bowral for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing for one reason - Links House. We were greeted by Robert (Manager) as we checked in who immediately made us feel welcome and offered us a 'Welcome Port' - this was just the start of how amazing the service was for the weekend! As...

This delightful hotel encompasses all that we expected from the Southern Highlands; Exceptional friendly service, a hotel with a history (the first ensuited hotel in Australia), ambience of a Manor house and the most amazing complimentary a la carte breakfast we have had in Australia...yes really! The ensuites are not large but they have everything you could need and are...

Stayed here with my partner on a recent visit to Bowral. The moment we walked in the door and were greeted with great service including some port on arrival. We stayed in a standard room which was more then enough room for us and our luggage. Rooms and bathrooms are small and a little musty as they're from the 1920s...

Me and my partner stayed here over new year and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome - with a chocolate port and tour of the house - Robert and Michael went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and had a fan...

Located in a quiet area, facing the golf course and beautiful residential area. Bed is comfortable - note that this is a heritage building so the room and bathroom is small and quite old fashioned with ceiling fan (no air-conditioning). Know what you want. Well for me, this is what I want - be transported back to 1920s. Beautiful garden...

Although spacious, with friendly staff, this hotel is awful. We were there for 3 days. The bathroom light didn't work and was not repaired during that time. The basin was chest high and the toilet was placed under the bathroom bench so one couldn't sit up straight when perched. The WiFi was very bad and dust stayed under the bedside clock...
