I stay here most years for the annual East Coast Blues and Roots Festival (Bluesfest). The staff are friendly; the rooms a5te large, clean and comfortable; and it's well located both in getting to town and catching the festival shuttle buses.

Solid four stars. Well located and only a short walk out of the township. You’ll appreciate that proximity as the traffic in Byron is a major issue that needs to be addressed. The resort is well laid out and managed. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at the Beachcomber. Slightly curious lay out in our unit. But, a good sized kitchen, family and meals area. The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly fine. We found the stairs a little difficult with luggage but overall it’s manageable. There’s no daily servicing of the apartment but that didn’t cause issues. The car park is good but a little tight. The worst thing we found was that the pool is really cool. It needs proper heating. They say it’s heated but we found the pool icy and effectively unusable which was disappointing. The spa was nice though.

Good place. We’d happily stay again if we ever return to Byron Bay.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is a 5 walk to the centre of town and there is direct access to the beach! The staff are so lovely and there is free secure covered parking. The rooms have all you need and are quite spacious. There is a pool and hot tub as well. We chose a pool view room due to recommendations on TA and we didn’t hear any noise at all at night.

This 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and in a great location to the beach. It is a small walk out the back thru a gate and onto the main beach. Just watch out for the small tourist train when crossing the tracks.
Our apartment was clean and offered great cooking facilities and utensils. There is a pool and a warm spa at one end. Worth staying here, will definitely stay there again. Well priced as well.
Under cover parking is also a plus to this property.

We loved our single night in our apartment. The bed was comfy and the movie offerings were great for when we wanted to relax. The location was probably my favourite part as we could just walk for 5 mins to go have lunch, dinner and then breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to find a fault it would be that footsteps above us were constantly annoying but for the price we paid we didn’t really care.
