This was our very first time in Scotts Head - we found the Camp ground was well located behind the dunes (though we had a very windy night the time we camped). The park is well kept and the amenities were very clean. The park paths lead right onto the beach. We'd recommend this park to people looking for somewhere...

We camped on the water at Evans Head. Great place for swimming & fishing. There is lots of sand for kids to paddle & play in. You just have to be aware of the tide coming in or going out, as that could be dangerous.

We booked into this caravan park because it is dog friendly BUT the beach is not. Signs up everywhere that dogs are not permitted on the beach. Sure there is a beach out of town, but I like to walk my dog to and from my site, not get my car sandy. Hence we were disappointed that we did not...

My girlfriend and I were here for our anniversary in early March. The park itself is so lovely, clean and inviting. Available for caravans, camping and cabins. We stayed in one of the cabins. The price was really good for what we got. The cabin was clean, has air conditioning, a kitchenette (with microwave, stove tops, grill and kettle/toaster) a...

Loved this park, stayed 3weeks on a flat double slab site which was nice & close to the amenities all clean & well maintained. You can walk to the shops, bowling club, RSL, beach & the river for fishing. A golf club not to far away & very friendly folks. Staff were also very friendly & helpful. Ground staff were...

Hi Linda B, Thanks for taking the time to leave your valued feedback. It is great that you love our new double slabs and how close the park is to everything. Really don't need the car keys much once you get here. We have really good staff here at the park and I will pass on your kind words. Look...

It’s a biggie. I was told around 570 sites. Perhaps the biggest park in NSW. It’s an older style park in some ways and is divided into two sections. One that fronts Evans River with some delightful waterfront sites and the other larger section that is right behind the beach. Sadly there are no walking tracks to the beach from...

Hi Aussiewoz, Thanks for your valued feedback. The park is big and that allows us to cater for a lot of different types of campers and vanners. The regeneration areas are protected which is why we don't have any walking tracks through them. The proximity to the town and the pub and clubs means that guests are never lacking for...

I have been staying at this holiday park every Easter for the past 10 years and back 10 years ago this was an amazing place to stay. However new management has taken over in the last 5 years or so and it has gone down hill every year from then on. The fees that you are requested to pay are...

Hi Mel, Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that you missed out on your Easter booking. Being such a large and popular park we rely on our policies to keep things fair and clear for all our guests. We sent you a booking confirmation when you made your booking which explained the booking policy for your site, which hasn't...

We booked the Deluxe Cabin for two for a much needed three night escape. Whilst the cabin inside was good - fan, airconditioning, large screen TV and channels, new kitchen and bathroom etc, the location was very disappointing. Our outdoor area was just a 'carport' type structure with a concrete floor and shade louvres, with our only outlook onto caravans...

Hi lynatbello, Thanks for taking the time to leave us with your valued feedback. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your view. We get a lot of great feedback about our cabins but we appreciate that they are not for everybody and you could definitely pay more to get better views. We are currently going through a 'Plan...

Best little untouched coastal town on the far north coast. Lots to do & see without all the hype of paid attractions. Ideal for families who want to holiday the old fashioned way but still with all the creature comforts.

Evans Head is a great little town for exploring nature, 4x4ing, fishing, boating, etc. This holiday park is in a great location within walking distance to most thing - shops, beach, river, surf club, pub, etc. The park itself is in reasonable/good condition and well maintained. Amenities are large, clean and fresh. A part of the park is dog friendly...
