We have two guest bedrooms each with queen sized bed and plenty of storage space. Guests share a bathroom and have use of a large lounge room with open fire and french doors onto the verandah from where the view is wonderful. 10 hectares (25 acres) of farmland but only 3 km from town, undercover parking, friendly pet alpacas and an expanding vegetable garden.

We do have rubbish bins, perhaps a little hidden away in the built in cupboards in the rooms. I usually forget to tell people they are there :-)
