Arrived on a rainy evening, no under cover or even nearby parking, had to park across the road. Reception is located separately from accommodation. No under cover entrance to accommodation. Otherwise, room was adequate.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently in room with ensuite. Outside of hotel looks dated but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious with microwave and fridge. Very close to the civic centre and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the Queen self contained room. It is quite spacious with a great bathroom and bed. The shower is warm and the bed is comfortable. The location of this hotel is great. Just outside are quite a few great cafes with really nice coffee and breakfast. Well worth a stay.

At first glance I thought this was going to be a disaster. Turned out very comfortable and a very good hotel for the price. Would definitely stay here again. Old on the outside but very good value on the inside.

Place do require some upgrade. It's very old. Room is a bit damp as well. Bathroom is relatively clean - at least for the 1 bedroom king size bed the wife and I stayed at. We saw the double beds our friends stayed at... They are pretty bad. Bed's are saggy, and carpet is very dirty and smelly. But if...

Right in town by the river. Great location. Strong smell of bleach and cleaned as much as they can. But. But mould on ceiling. Very dated 'apartments'. 60's or 70's. Curtains broken from hooks. Ceiling damage. Sliding windows that rumble. They've done the best they can with run down places by putting in nice beds and bedding. We had a...

Haven Bar formerly Murray's Bar is located up the laneway behind Juice Art. Haven Bar is part of the Murwillumbah Hotel. Live music and delicious wood fired pizza on Friday and Saturday night .
