On each morning of our 3 night stay we were awoken to the bins being emptied. There are renovations happening at the golf club so avoid these rooms. Again no rest during the day or sleep ins as you can hear the work being carried out and begins at 7am each morning. Pool definitely not heated as advertised on website....

I stayed in the one bedroom apartment over the Easter Weekend and was very pleased with my stay. The rooms were quiet big and very clean, however; there was a musky smell when I first arrived. The apartments are self contained so don't expect cleaners in. The resort is very local and only a short walk to Nelson's Bay. I...

We took a two bedroom apartment for six nights this time and took two of our "Great Grandchildren" the kid absolutely loved it, they just wanted to stay in the pool, Our rooms were on the first floor and directly over the hotel entry and next to the lifts so the noise was a little disturbing. Our previous visits have...

This place looks nice from the outside. The reception looks good, and the staff were friendly. The room was basic. All the kitchen appliances were cheap and old. The furniture needs updating and the lounges uncomfortable. The tv was too small for the space. Could not access wifi. There are notes to tell you to clean and remove your own...

The apartment was clean and well-appointed and the bed comfortable. Wardrobe space was adequate as were the kitchen facilities. The large balcony overlooked the town and the bay and was set up with outdoor furniture for al fresco meals. We took advantage of a special deal for three nights during the week available outside of school and public holiday periods...

On arrival, we were told that we needed to pay an extra $500 for our 7 night stay. Two of us met with the manager and displayed an email confirmation stating the price and dates. We were told that a mistake had been made by a staff member (no longer employed) and that this person tried to phone us. We...

Good reasonably priced place to stay in Nelson Bay. Close proximity to the Bowling Club and Golf Club and only a short walk to town. We have stayed there many times with friends and always had a good time. The only problem is that the Restaurant was closed and in fact looked abandoned. Made for a long walk for Breakfast....

We ended up here by mistake, were shooting for port Macquarie and got lost on the way. Couldn't have found ourselves in a better place, we should get lost more often! Hotel is clean and homely, pool is a piece of paradise, and the staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. Thank you especially to the front desk receptionist, customer service...
