Hi Aaron,,,,,,,,,,Thank you for the review. You stayed in a Budget room in the older part of the motel. We sell these rooms cheaper as they are in the older part of the motel. We do have other much larger, more deluxe rooms, 2 room units and King bed spa units, in the newer part of the motel. Strangely, the...

Thank you so much footlooseaussie............we try to make every guest's experience here at Sleepy Hill a positive one for them. Super clean rooms, great showers, comfy beds, healthy and yummy breakfast, along with enthusiastic, sincere customer service seems to do the job. We do have a slip up from time to time, but we try to rectify any glitzes as...

Stayed two nights in a budget room. The cost was $130 per night, booked directly with the motel, which included breakfast (cannot comment on breakfast as I had to leave each morning before the dining room opened). Check in was quick and efficient. The room was smallish, but perfectly adequate, very clean and comfortable. Situated at the back of the...

Thank you SMTas..........A great and informative review. We are sorry we couldn't spend more time with you at breakfast. This is where we enjoy a healthy start to the day getting to catch up with past guests as well as getting to know our new guests. My husband and I stayed in a standard room; number 6. I mention the room number because it is a tired room in need of a facelift; particularly around the front door/fridge area. In our opinion, the price charge was too much for a room in need of a renovation. We have previously stayed at Sleepy Hill in other rooms...

Thank you DormouseTidings. Room 6 is only ever sold as a Budget room ....not a Standard room.........as it is waiting for a renovation. At $120.00 per night including breakfast for two people ($125.00 if through an agent) is a very reasonable rate. We generally explain to guests as they book that the room is a little tired. If you booked...

Very polite welcome from Gary who allocated room 7 to us. The room was on the small side but the large comfortable bed may have contributed to that impression. Maintenance is required for this room! The carpet by the was is threadbare and separating, the door has had some temporary repair work carried out that should be completed. Exposed electrical...

We stayed in a family room which was very spacious. Main room had Queen and single bed, TV & aircon; the bedroom had a double bed, aircon & TV.
