The room was clean, but outdated. For the price it was just fine. It was located right next to Texas Roadhouse, IHOP, and Applebees and on the same street as all of the outlets. The young lady at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart and the property itself was very clean on the outside. I would stay here again.

Room was small and very outdated. Got handicapped as asked but the bathroom door was so HEAVY that a handicapped person would never be able to close it. Only one towel per person so you have to use the same wash cloth to was your face as you took a shower with the night before! Lock was loose on the...

First, make sure people are reviewing the correct Red Roof Inn. This one is next to Texas Roadhouse and is being renovated. I stay here 2 or 3 times a year when traveling on business. I have never had any major problems, certainly no bugs or people that can't speak English!! Are the rooms perfect? No. They are what I...

The staff were very kind, friendly, and courteous. The room accomodations were adequate, but the breakfast was minimal and not worth the effort. I recommend this establishment for a safe and, overall, pleasant stay. Just go out for breakfast, as this does not compare to most free breakfasts offered at most other motels.

Something's amiss at the Red Roof - or at least there was that night. I've spent nights at various RR's in the past, but this time: 1) there were two staff on duty; one was engaged; the other tried to help, but "the computer was down", and I had to wait twelve minutes while the other staffer talked about family...

The worst ever. Booked 2 rooms. Locked out of 1 room and no one could speak English. Finally at 1am, we were able to enter to get our suit cases back out of 1 room then they were sending us to another room. Opened the door and nothing but piles of ants. The other room was full of spiders and...

Caution!!! I got bit in my room overnight. Spider or bed-bugs? The staff very unfriendly. Not Americans. True, the carpet appears new, flat screen tv, micro-fridge. Cannot park at your door. Air-conditioned did not work, so our sleep was disturbed greatly. It was 90 degrees outside. Take my advice, avoid this place, pass it up, as they're many motels/hotels in...

We stayed at this location in August 2015. The hotel is close to stores and Dutch Wonderland. It has an outdoor pool and complementary breakfast which was good. What was not so good was the bugs that were climbing out of my bag on the way out.

We usually stay here because of our dog but he didn't come along this trip. Nice room, but housekeeping not up to par..."something" had been poured down our bathroom sink prior to our stay. Disgusting whatever it was & our sink was never cleaned. When I cleaned it, the sink clogged...had to tell front desk. It was fixed next day...

We stayed at this location because of proximity to Dutch Wonderland, the outlets, the railroad and...the cost. Overall i would say the value for what we received was good. The lobby was neat and clean. the dinning area was tidy. the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The pool was okay--the kids loved it. The restoom at the pool...
