This was one of the BEST hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Full breakfast and 2 nights a week they have food available for free. One night a Mexican restaurant from the area brought in food and it was really good. One night was grilled hamburgers and chips. (alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks as well). the rooms were...

This hotel is sorely in need of a renovation. Everywhere you look, you will see something that needs to be addressed. The paint is peeling. The carpets need to be replaced and the bathrooms are disgusting. But, the worse is the poor attitude of the employees. They don't seem to care about doing a good job. I will never return...

Now this is not the place you go to looking for all the liveliness in the world lol but WOW I loved it! Im a huge foodie and the included buffet breakfast was SOO FREAKING amazing, I made sure NOT to sleep in so I wouldn't miss it! Location is absolutely PERFECT because you are FEW minutes away from shopping,...

It was sad to see a nice hotel being used as a "shelter". Inhabitants were loud and obnoxious inside and outside the rooms. The pool area could not be enjoyed because the permanent residents' children were allowed to run rampant between the pool and hot tub. They were also loitering outside the hotel bothering paying guests by asking for things.

Just a one-night getaway. Very nice "apartment" with lots to do in the area. The hotel is "pet friendly" and there were lots of dogs but they were no bother at all. Plenty of nice places to eat and shop in the area. There was a gas fireplace in the room which was a nice touch since it was very...

We had an exttended family getaway and the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. The managers Tony Fobbs and Kelly Wilson went out of their way to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and and had everything we needed. They even gave my kids sesame street toothbrushes. The beds were really comfortable as well. We cant wait to stay here...

Stayed for 1 night. We checked in, went to our room, turned on the ice maker and tried unsuccessfully to log into WIFI. Called the front desk to ask for help. I was told I had to call an 800 number for WIFI assistance. I called and after about 45 minutes on the phone, I was able to log on....

The front desk people where great. But the pool was closed (something we where really looking forward too). But our room smelled like urine. Everything in the room was neat but so we could not figure out why. Then when I went to take a bath bright yellow liquid came out of the faucet. It could have been from the...

The front desk employee, Shelly, was outstanding. She was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and super clean. My only complaint through our stay was the breakfast in the AM. The food stations were a disaster. There was spilled food and trash all over the counters. Also, the hotel employee tending to the breakfast did not "tend"...

I stayed at the Residence Inn on the night of 2/1/17. At first sight the hotel was clean and well maintained. The room looked great. My perception of this place changed later that night. I was awakened in the middle of the night with biting sensations on my legs and my shoulder. I turned on the light next to the...
